Converted pain meds and under dosed for over a month several sickness. Messaged with no response, then denied my claims. Gave meds that gave extreme allergic reaction, hives, itching, messages them several times with no response, then prescribed them again the next month. They used a chart to prescribe my .other pain meds, she was given too much and wasn't watched, she passed away, and almost killed me too. Turned into medical board, hopefully they're licences gt pulled. Dr Ranum and Kristen Jung are terrible people and caoluded together to terminate me. Wouldn't fallow they're own guidelines to outlined in termination. Breach of confidential information and broke HIPPA policies talking to my other providers after they terminated me, when I told them to not communicate with anyone. Ranum and his nurse are the worst people I have ever seen in medical practices. Just stay away! If you have complex issues, seek care ELSEWHERE! They kill people. Run!

I knew I had broke something, so we stopped. The hospital was being remodeled or redecorated, so it took a while to figure out where to even go. But every person from admitting to the doctor, nurses, and x ray techs were so friendly and so helpful, It was already dark, and we had been traveling for hours ... me with a broken bone in my hand from a small fall, and no one wanted to be at the emergency room all night. But I was in a room seeing a nurse within minutes of walking in the building. No one at the hospital gave the impression it was late, or they didn't want to be there. I really didn't know an ER could move so quickly, efficiently, and friendly. Way to set an example.

Facility is old and outdated. Has faint urine odor to place. Rooms are not welcoming and bathrooms inadequate for needs of elderly/handicapped persons. Neighboring rooms expected to share single toilet so privacy is a premium. Patients not offered whirlpool baths and provided with showers only. Whirlpools bath are well received by geriatric community in providing opportunity for staff to examine skin for potential problem areas and friendly interaction with staff. . Failure to provide this simple comfort is just one reflection of low standard of care. Meals appear institutional and lack appeal for persons residing there long term. Failure of facility to retain staff on long term basis reflected by poor standards of care and interest in residents. Long history of problems with state surveys including as many as 59 deficiencies in one survey period alone which is generally unheard of in nursing homes in this area. Previous for profit owners were responsible for much of the overall decline as they drove off valued staff and allowed the facility to deteriorate . Overall rating is 1-2 on consumer websites and not an unfair value. Facility supported by local hospital which is conveniently next door. Plans to build new facility do not appear to have materialized.

Also converted meds for my mother and over dosed her, died in a few days, didn't watch her. Thankfully he underdosed me, or I wouldn't be here either. Dr Ranum his nurse, Kristen Jung and the CEO got together to cover all this up and terminate me. This place is bad! Run! They kill people. And don't take responsibility. They are under trained, and so bad, vetranarian would be a better choice and better care. Stay away from this place! My father suffers end stage dementia and this resulted in unnecessary pain and suffering plus the trauma that he was put through. The cost of services was ridiculously overpriced for this area . Dr Nelson and his staff took advantage of our famiky being out of town when a simple extraction and changed in his teeth would have been an easy fix. Sorry Dr Nelson but you are a corrupt person and how I know what others in the area warmed me about. You should be taken before the medical ethnics board .
