One of the worst experiences I have ever encountered in a shop in the Wandsworth borough! Brought a…read moresecond hand phone from these two con men for more than £100. Within 3weeks the screen started to go dark, by the time I tried to return the phone it was past 4weeks although they had given me a warranty for 1yr they point blank refused to even look at the phone unless I paid another £35.!! They were rude and and extremely unprofessional in the way they handled this matter so much so that I have also reported this shop to the Wandsworth trading Standards unit!! DO not buy anything second hand electrical from this shop, it is very likely to be already faulty!!!!
