I contacted this company after seeing the work they did on my neighbors driveway and they were very prompt in coming out and giving me an estimate for the paving of the driveway with asphalt. I found the estimate to be fair and authorized the job. Due to the onset of winter I knew that it be sometime in the spring or summer before the work would be done. On occasion I would contact them and confirm that they still had me on their schedule. Because the paving contractors are at the mercy of the asphalt plant they had to wait until the plant finally opened for the new year. They contacted me and showed up the same day with all their equipment ready to work! They leveled my drive and prepared the area for the asphalt. Once they started laying down the asphalt it took very little time to complete the work. They did a great job and I am more than thrilled with the result. I had to wait a couple of months, but it was worth the wait! Very professional and know what they are doing!

I requested a replacement on a motor home roof, which Mr. Beard claimed he had done before and was…read morevery familiar with the process. We provided all the materials. He showed up sometimes. It took forever to get it done and at one point I had to insist on plastic being installed to prevent storm damage. I had someone to help him do this because no way was he going to get it done in time. The job was shoddy, the attention to detail was non existent. It became obvious that he had never done this job before. He broke parts that came off the roof and tossed expensive covers and skylights onto the driveway insisting he had been told it was all going to be replaced. His smeary caulking job has fallen apart and the motorhome is leaking, again, with no response from Mr. Beard. We complained that the rubber roofing was not attached to the wooden supports...and I have a photo of him from the security cameras putting a screw THRU the roofing. No response from him on this. I asked for his address, but this is obviously a secret, since he knows I would serve papers and sue him for this horrible job. DO NOT RECCOMMEND,

Mr. Beard with Beard's Homes Services out of Mountain Home, Arkansas has failed to correct a 5" off…read morelevel slab that was poured and intended for metal building construction. The building was unable to be erected due to the slab being so unlevel. He promised to correct the slab, but never scheduled that, and is now ignoring all communication attempts. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and timeliness. Buyer beware! We have resorted to calling in Olshan after weeks of avoidance from Mr. Beard. Thousands down the drain on a currently useless slab and thousands more to be spent to make it usable.
