My mom called and they send someone out to look at it and they agreed that there was a problem and said they would get back with them about back in February. I have now moved back to Texas and my mom explained to me what was going on and so I called. The first time I called was on 1/18 and was told by Cyrisa that she would have the general manager call me back that day. I did not receive a call, so I call back on 1/19 and talked with Sierra and she said they needed a picture of the manufacturers tag, so I immediately emailed it. On 1/19 Sierra told me that she would have the general manager call me and I never received a call back as I was promised. On 1/24 I called and talked with Sierra again and she said they had not heard anything back from the manufacturer. I was told again that she would have the general manager call me and I do not believe he will. I proceeded to tell Sierra that if I do not receive a call that I would come over and sit in their store and proceed to tell everyone that comes n how they treat elderly people. Also this was supposed to be special order and when you look at the manufacturer tag it was made approximately one year before they purchased it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.

Yes, I did get my refrigerator, which could be delivered that day! One of the things I hate about Home Depot is that you can NEVER FIND staff to help. Anyway, at Lowes you can get help when needed. They are dog friendly so I take my 3 wiener dogs on every visit. I also use the Lowes app which is user friendly. You can create your profile and automatically add your military discount, etc to your profile. Make sure you check the app because you earn rewards based on your purchases. You can use the app to apply the reward and bill your credit card. The app also has a search feature so you can find the exact aisle and bin location. It works great!
