I was able to contact Monty through text messages which made it convenient with his busy schedule and my work schedule. There were a few days with delays but I was always informed of what was going on. On the day my roof was replaced I did receive a picture of their progress. And later, after the work was done I got a picture of my damaged roof that had caused the leaks in my house. I only met with Gina, his wife with any face to face dealings. She was very pleasant. I hired this company to tile/replace my floor, not only did they mess everything up but they never made it right. The floor is not level, the grout continues to crumble between the tiles, the threshold was never finished (I had to do it myself) and they broke the water line to my hot water heater. They will take all your money while taking every shortcut they can. They have convicted felons working for them and even a man with a warrant. Monty will not do what he agrees to. He will take your money and run. I haven't seen him in years. After he gets your money he is done with you. He lives very high maintenance. Traveling the country, huge house, I am his brother. I had to block him to stop hearing his lies. I had to hire other people to do the work. I had to block Monty. I had no issues with thoroughbred I had them replace the shingles on my house and it looks great and no more leak. we also had them add a roof over the back porch. it is solid and blends in with the existing roof/house. yes everything is more expensive in 2023 but quality for cost was very fair. read more
