I also wanted to see if they could buff out various scratches that had happened over the years. I have a 2016 Highlander. At the estimate, Adam said they would work on the buffing but some of the scratches were rather deep. He said if they couldn't buff them out I would not be charged. I went to pick it up this afternoon and it looked brand new! I was very pleased with their effort to buff out the scratches. The dent repair was very successful. Much cheaper than having to have it re-painted. My good friend, Bird cleaned the highlanner inside and out! Looks fabulous. Thankyou Adam, Bird and crew for a fantastic job. Even though I think it looks great, they didn't charge me for the buffing!
