When the installer Will Ashmore completed the job I noticed that light from outside was still visible at the top and both sides up the door I requested an adjustment but Mr. Ashmore stated that this was the best he could do and left. I contacted the company for further assistant and requested another technician period I also reached out to home depot, but unfortunately they were unwilling to assist despite being the contracting party. Subsequently, two additional technicians, Gavin Powers and Derek Bryan inspected the door and confirmed that the original installer did not correctly installed the seals.Despite these visits, my garage door remains improperly Installed and unrepaired, the experience has been frustrating and has raised concerns about the quality of service and accountability between dakota door sales and home depot.
