During quoting things seemed okay besides the rude and bothered lady who answers the phone sometimes. All was accepted and agreed upon with GreatFlorida Insurance on Oct 26th for a closing Nov 14th or at least I thought until I was told to verify because due to an Atlantic storm insurance was not binding policies not already bound. Upon calling just after they opened on Monday Nov 7th to check if GreatFlorida Insurance had followed thru as they should the very rude receptionist let me know that she didn't know and was not inclined to help so she would have Stacy call when she arrived to work estimated to be around noonish. I let her know I had to travel so I needed a call before 2:30pm when my flight left. At 2:17pm as I'm in line to board the plane I called again and Stacy answered the phone and informed me she had not bound the policy and it would be fine once the storm passes on Thursday or Friday, but offered no reason for why they had not already taken care of this. As of this review I have had to get another broker to find a policy $800+ more because it's last minute and there has been zero communication from GreatFlorida Insurance. I highly recommend avoiding this business if you want any type of professional and prompt service or communication!

She talked way too much. She mentioned she was a local girl. I asked her where she graduated high school from she changes the subject to up selling my life insurance. I don't think this woman ever graduated high school let alone attended one. She I left there feeling like I was just a money source and a number. Sad a local business is not more considerate.
