Eddie and Vanessa are a mirror of professionalism and their staff is super friendly both in Spanish and English! La Feria Services is by far and overall an outstanding office! They are always willing to work with you with whatever questions you have, flexible, knowledgeable in their craft and they explain everything super thoroughly. I have sat with Eddie for over an hour asking him questions about future endeavors and both him and his wife are always willing, friendly, professional, understanding and if they don't have the answer right than - they will get back to you; literally they will call or email with 48hrs. So when i did my 2020 taxes at DiRosa's office, i had one piece of missing income. DiRosa Nickel and dimes me in a critical time when In 2020 i didn't make enough money to make moves on my student loans and in fact owed more money to the government. He states that i don't have to owe him $50 twice for an Amended return on the phone and then when i come to pick up tax info, he gives me a $50 bill and then argues that he put some small calculations that qualifies $50 of work. Come on man?! Come and deal with Covid patients like I do and see what risks you would take and is it the same as running a preprogrammed calculator. And you are dishonest because giving me a bill after stating twice you wouldn't charge me on the phone is not right... i paid you cash $50 but then i won't ever come again and i suggest other to not do the same.

I wasn't getting much more than 500 dollars back from my tax return.. And was going to be charged an overall price of 250 dollars that I would've had to pay him cash up frontif I actually got my taxes done here. Update- This guy is worse than I thought. He said doing his best, He could get me the maximum of 700 dollars. I choose to do it myself and turned out I got well over 1,000. Do not waste your time or money. (Unless you don't mind spending 70 dollars for absolutely no work)

The price is well worth it: you're getting expertise and well-informed advice. However, I had extremely negative experiences with his staff. They have been rude over the phone to me as well as friends I have recommended to them. One employee likes to write emails in all caps. See photo. If I ever corresponded with a client in that manner, I would not have a job anymore . I was quite taken aback, and will not return next year. P.S.
