The men that came out were very nice and responsive to what we asked for. Matt had come out in Aug 2025 to give us an estimate, and all these months later the company stayed true to that estimate. The only thing I would advise them to do better is when the estimate and the actual project are months apart, to put it on their books to call folks when it's time to schedule the project. But everything was great. They send the invoice a week later to your email and you pay it online or you can send a check. Easy. Also, I would like to mention that they were less expensive than the outfit who trimmed the tree a couple of years ago, so we were happy about that. We will definitely use them again.

We had went with another provider previous to our vacation but some how Matt's Tree Service forced themselves to do services when were were not home and billed us for these services that we were not witnessed to.
