If you are doing something you best do it his way or you'll deal with a middle aged man screaming around for 10 hours. I've never worked at a place anything like this, and sure have never had my workmanship called as he called it "shit" because im 17 and didn't know much about concrete. I watched 4 people not including myself walk off his jobs because of the disrespect he showed them. I tried to stick with him. Between the disrespect and the slave labor wage I was making it would be better to leave His company and work for someone who would treat me like they were happy I was there to make them money. I worked my hardest for that man and he'd still stand there and yell about how my work is pathetic. This should not be any kids first construction job as it was mine since things are not like he has them. He had Zero respect for me the time I was working for him. Good work, but working for him there is no other way to put it but pure hell. some days in the winter we'd work 14 hours and not get a lunch break or anything. Send kids to work at Tru Finish. The opportunity is much brighter there, considering you won't pickup a raging alcohol addiction because of The things he'd say during the work day.

The finishing work on the cement was very good. The owner was willing to work with us regarding some changes we wanted once they started the project. Very good attention to detail by all the workers.
