I can't recommend these guys too highly. We were desparate for help with a malfunctioning burglar alarm over the weekend (it kept going off for no reason, disturbing 4 month old babies), noone else was either capable or willing to help. Called Thompson and they were very understanding, sorted us out quickly and at a thoroughly reasonable price (some other companies wanted a credit card number before I could even speak to an electrician).
