I was told to complete the financing paperwork at the local credit union, as they would be closing before the dealership that day. After I drove 500 miles, I arrived to find the deal had changed when the owner removed my state's tax benefits from my trade offer. As the agreement had already been financed, I was hard-pressed to argue now. I told my salesperson to have the car "road trip ready," specifically instructing them to make sure the tires were inflated to the proper levels and to change the oil if needed. Then, I had the car inspected at a nearby dealership (a certified manufacturer dealership) the day before purchase. Due to time (not mileage), the car needed an oil change per the inspection, but this information was intentionally withheld. I was only made aware of the recommendation after I had to contact the inspection team, as an engine light came on 400 miles into my drive home. As such, it was not listed on the buyer's order. When I asked for reimbursement for the overdue oil change, I was denied. The salesperson apologized as the owner refused to oblige. After some failed attempts, I went through the BBB. After some additional back-and-forth, the owner then offered to reimburse half the cost of the oil change in exchange for my removing my negative review on CarFax and signing away my rights to write any further negative reviews on any other platform. I reserved my rights and said I hoped for full reimbursement so I could add something positive to my reviews. He then shut down all communication through the BBB. I have attached a screenshot of his offer on my google review as I could not add it here. He said my CarFax review was "derogatory," but I encourage you to read it for yourself on CarFax.

He lifted a burden from me, he did all of the work & got the job done. He even arranged to have the truck detailed and have some minor cosmetic flaws remedied. I was asking how much I'm looking to buy one" ? He laughed right after in my face barely paying attention to anything I was saying and said " the black building by the road is gonna cost you about 10 thousand dollars".( maybe was a 10x 10) idk but it was way smaller than a 10x20) After the rude comment he made to me I said okay, for that tiny building? And he said yes. I got back in my car and went to STOREMOR down the road by the fire work store and got a building that day that was way bigger brand new 10 x 20 with windows for 4 thousand and change. This guy will rip you off in a heart beat. I definitely think this was the worst experience I've ever had. I'd recommend going anywhere else but here for any needs!!!

I 100% recommend Jimmy!!! I had a major uhaul crisis. I rented a uhaul and an auto-transporter at…read moresportmans feed who rented me a damaged transporter as well as a uhaul that should not have been rented out. The next day after loading the truck we went to go load the auto transporter when we found that the tire strap was cut short... therefore unusable (that was the first noticeable thing wrong there was many other things wrong). Sportmans feed told me they did not have any more and sent me to jimmy. Jimmy inspected both the transporter and uhaul and told me they should have never been rented out and they were never inspected. Jimmy spent hours helping me get a new Uhaul as there is a nationwide shortage and helped me find out how to get moving help to unload and re load a new uhaul. Jimmy went above and beyond even though he made zero profit. He inspects all of his Uhaul's and transporters. If you live near or in Moultrie ONLY use him. The Uhaul we had was leaking oil and should have never been rented. After being there for an hour he went back to the truck so we could take pictures of mileage for uhaul and the check engine light was on. If we drive off with that Uhaul we would have ended up in an accident on the side of the highway. Do your self a favor and only rent from Jimmy!!! I spent a whole day trying to rectify the situation so I could move up to NY to start my residency training. Jimmy was great and I'm so glad I stopped at his location otherwise I would have been on the side of a highway!

I recommend the 4-cylinder because it has plenty of power and the double roller cam timing chain versus the rubber timing belt. I also recommend the full synthetic oil change good for 10,000 miles. If you need a small part or two see Greg in parts. He's extremely nice and knows what it takes for your car. Have your vehicle VIN (vehicle identification number) ready because parts can vary. Nothing beats a genuine Honda part. For sales, I highly recommend Ernie Wyrick. He's a Honda certified salesman and really knows the vehicles. When you buy the car he will introduce you to all the different electronics and how they work. He spent as much time as I desired with me to understand all the nice features of today's vehicles. Edmonds.com can give you a guide to the cost of the vehicle. Ernie will treat you right.

Flower's Honda is the most inept car dealer I have ever done business with. Our deal included some…read moreaccessories that were to be installed when the service department opened back up. After two weeks of waiting for a phone call to schedule an appointment, I had to call them and set it up. We live about 2 hours from the dealership and were shocked when we arrived and were told they did not remember the deal and those involved were not available at the time. Their "misunderstanding" of our deal could have been communicated on three separate occasions before we made the long trip to/from Thomasville for our appointment to have the accessories installed. This was written down when we were negotiating the deal but the dealership would not provide it to me despite acknowledging they had the file. It took four months of constant phone calls and e-mails to finally get the response that they were sorry for the confusion and would not be installing the accessories. Other shady things about the dealership were: We were told our trade would have to be sold wholesale and there was no way it could be sold on the lot. This was an obvious attempt to devalue our trade however it was displayed prominently on the lot with some very complimentary language on the website when we arrived to have our accessories installed. Their salesman, Kyle, was quick to speak poorly of another Honda dealer in Tallahassee when he found out I had been dealing with them as well. While I appreciated the input at the time, I'm sure my experience there could not be any worse than the one at Flowers. When I inquired about an extended warranty I was quoted a price of $1500, this amount was what I was taking into consideration during the negotiations, but on our paperwork the warranty's actual cost was $1100. The negotiated purchase amount took into consideration an $8k payoff on our trade. Our actual payoff was less than that amount and I had to correct that information when we were signing our paperwork. When their finance manager asked Jason about this he stated he was "planning to put that in his pocket." I would encourage anyone buying a vehicle to steer clear of this dealership. Based on my experience, their staff, management, and ownership's interest in the customer ends after the sale.
