The food was delicious and quickly served. The place is huge with so many activities to do with your family & friends. You don't have to do everything all in one night but if you wanted to definitely can spend easily 5hrs doing everything lol I'd highly recommend going there for yourself and seeing the place yourself to experience greatness. We surly would love to come back again.

In addition, when I was in the ladies' room washing my hands, I observed an employee washing her hands very thoroughly. I commented how uplifting that was and how it built my confidence in the place, as it was my very first time here. Her name is Cindi, and I hope her bosses recognize her for this. It may seem like a small thing, but it's not. If someone pays attention to the "smaller things," they will pay attention to larger things.

When I walked in I was very impressed by the set up and decorations for summer. Of course the kids went over to the game area 1st. The person where we got our shoes wasn't very friendly but the encounter was brief. The bathrooms were okay and please be careful of the 1st stale if it isnt fixed. Someome got stuck in there. The lanes were well lit and seemed to have a good selection of balls. I was curious if I could ask for a lighter one for my daughter. The score board worked well. There were plenty of tables outside the lanes, as their were alot of us.The games were expensive to me but I dont bowl often so it could be normal price. They provided space for the birthday and food. When we started to order food and drinks is were some confusion started to come in. The orders were getting mixed up, drinks were coming out that weren't what we ordered, and a set of our chicken wings were not done. When they came out I noticed that they were large and weird looking. I asked if we could send the back for new ones. I was told I couldn't because the other items in the platter were gone. Someone started to eat the chicken and immediately started gagging. This was after everyone had already been eating them. We were given new ones but that was really gross and my niece got sick. The drinks weren't strong at all until we ordered the Watermelon Rita Tank which was expensive but it was great. The only food item I liked was the pizza but it was really greasy. We found out that the servers were pretty new so we gave them grace. Brianna did an option job. I would cone again and I do recommend keeping everything I said in mind.

I work at a school serving students with special needs, and we had previously brought our students…read morehere without any problems. During that visit, the staff were accommodating and allowed our students to remain in their own shoes. So when we returned, we reasonably expected the same level of understanding and accommodation. Instead, we were flat-out refused. Even more frustratingly, when we explained that the staff had accommodated our students during our previous visit, we were essentially told that it didn't matter. Apparently, basic consistency and consideration are too much to ask. But that wasn't even the worst part. When we arrived, the kitchen was closed. One of our students had intentionally skipped lunch at school because he was excited about getting something to eat at the bowling alley. Rather than let him go hungry, we ordered him Burger King through DoorDash. When the food arrived, the staff had the audacity to DEMAND that our special needs student eat his food OUTSIDE. Let that sink in. A child with special needs, who was there on a school outing, was told that he couldn't eat his own food inside. Meanwhile, just a few lanes away, another group was openly eating cake they had apparently brought with them. They appeared to know the staff and were chatting with them comfortably. So apparently the rules depend on who you are. Friends of the staff can bring food in and eat it inside, but a special needs student who needs something to eat because your own kitchen is closed has to take his meal outside? That is beyond disappointing. It is humiliating, insensitive, and completely unacceptable. We brought students there expecting a fun and inclusive experience. Instead, we left feeling like our students were being treated as an inconvenience simply for needing a little understanding and accommodation. If this is how you treat children with special needs, especially children who are there as part of a school outing, you should seriously reconsider how you train your staff and how you treat your customers. Absolutely shameful. I would strongly encourage other schools and families of children with special needs to think twice before choosing this establishment

Clean facility, brand-new rental shoes, and bowling balls are neatly organized by weight--nice touch. We went on a Saturday for cosmic bowling and the kids had a blast. The place has a full bar with a usual selection of tap and bottled beers, plus classic bar food like wings, hot dogs, and pizza - no burgers. The food isn't anything special, but it definitely hits the spot when you're having a few drinks. There's plenty of parking, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Is it the best bowling alley out there? Maybe not, but it's a great spot for a laid-back night of fun, drinks, and family time. We'll definitely be back--and next time, we might check out the pool tables and darts too.

I am not sure how often they do league but definitely call prior arrival and ask if they have league going as there is no available lanes during league. We played the mini golf which is very small and short, kinda bowling themed kinda full of some fake plants and a Christmas's tree??. Mini golf is cheap at about $9-$10 a person. Wasn't really sure what the par was on the course so it's pretty much a guess. Got a few drinks, bartender served people standing at counter before us. Seems like they need to update their software very slow service as the bar waiting for my credit card to process along with the 4-5 other league people who came in after that we had to wait for. Bright neon colors dot the midnight black wall in the shape of planets, bowling pins and geometric shapes. This comes to life and dances off the walls once the black lights come on. In addition to the upgraded screens they have removed the pro shop and added a new game area dubbed "fun zone". This new area rockets the bowling lane into the current decade. This is a long awaited face lift that Lakewood Lanes has been missing for years and an answer to the frequently heard comment from customers that the lanes were "antiquated". Great place for families, kids and adults to enjoy year round. Leave the food outside as they sport an eatery that is serving up anything from breakfast sandwiches to burgers and fries. If your a serious bowler you will still feel that the updates were not meant for you. The scoring consoles are in desperate need of a technology upgrade. Also, the pin system in back is still ancient. Hopefully the issues that would improve the experience for die hard bowlers will be addressed next. Looking for something fun to do? I suggest giving this neighborhood spot another chance.
