I have had many pieces of furniture covered by Mr. Thomas throughout my 36 years of living in Dyersburg and he does a excellent job! My most frustrating complaint is that he will tell you a date when you can pick up your furniture but it's not ever ready when he says it is going to be available to pick up. He is a nice person and I will say that my last three chairs are beautiful! He had some sickness and family issues and I tried to be patient but he had my furniture for two years and 4 months! He bumped me several times for bigger jobs and I told him that he was not doing me right. He will look you straight in the face and tell you your furniture will be ready in two more weeks and then it's not. He actually has not even started on your furniture. It's very frustrating. I don't think I will use him again but on a good note he does excellent work if you have time and don't need your furniture. read more

9/2022 My parents had a booth upholstered . Color was not even close to what they picked , the swatches had no red tones . I called Thomas to ask what could be done . Thomas said there was nothing he could do about it . He said that was the color he wrote on the receipt . Besides the fact , Booth was taken in July , he stated it would be done in 2 weeks it's been 2 months . Very dissatisfied with this business. Will not take anything back here again . read more
