They do offer some online scheduling and also by phone. It is a big office and quite busy. There are several different check in windows when you arrive. I do feel possibly a better screening process when calling to schedule. They scheduled me to see a PA (my regular doctor was on leave) and even the PA questioned why I was seeing him as there wasn't really anything he could do. I wound up having to schedule to see another doctor a few weeks later. The office seems to operate fairly efficiently. They usually send you for X-rays before seeing the actual doctor so that the doctor has already seen them before coming in to see you. They also have an orthotist in office to fit you with any braces or boots etc that are needed. My normal specialist here is Dr. Hasselman. He is great. Very thorough. Listens to concerns. Willing to think out of the box. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a foot/ankle specialist.

She has had no problems since the surgery and Dr Hepner was always kind and understanding. Recently she had to have a plate put in her shoulder. I also stress a lot, which goes right to my neck. I guess I am getting older (sigh). Plus, I am a klutz. This probably creates the biggest needs for a good chiropractor. Dr. Caton is just what I need to get reset and get back into shape! He takes all the time in the world to answer questions and make sure that I am ok before walking out of his door. My bones are thankful! If I am having any immediate issues, his lovely assistant from the front office makes sure to get me in. I can't tell you enough how much I recommend Dr. Caton & his staff. I write this on the 1 yr ann of my injury, Steel Mill accident with overhead crane, where 18,000…read morelbs of steel rolled up my leg, "Grade 3 Open fracture of tibia/fibula/medial malleolus, significant soft tissue loss, crush injury", life flighted to Trauma Hos, had 8 surgeries in 3 wks, requiring a "Skin Flap" (11 hr surgery itself), had Leech Therapy, a muscle taken from thigh, artery sewn into lower leg, significant microvascular surgery, "Leg salvage" situation here, HIGH RISK for infection... Never got an infection under Dr Tarkin! ... 7 months later, Dr Tarkin did the "Bone Grafting", took this long for skin flap to heal enough to be re-opened for Grafting. I was walking before the Bone Graft & I am walking after the Bone graft, I have "Drop Foot" due to the crushing (destroys nerves), so I use an AFO brace & a cane when out & about, still undergoing Physical Therapy. Deeply thankful, Indebted with gratitude Dr Ivan Tarkin headed my Trauma Team... EXCELLENT Orthopedic Surgeon! Joked with him one day how my leg is comparable to football player Alex Smith & he assured me with a stern grin Alex Smith had nothing on me, my situation was pretty severe, extensive. 10 yrs ago, would have likely been an amputation.

Now in rehab the unit management has called his office each day for the last four business days to secure his assessment of the surgical healing or if he wishes to ever see the patient again - no answer/no return calls. We called personally on May 17, 2021, were placed on hold for one hour and when a person did answer : "Dr. Tarkin's office." she immediately hung-up!!! We require his input by May 18th. into an insurance carrier evaluation of continued patient's stay in rehab for improved rehabilitation and he's out there, somewhere we trust??? Should you find yourself with him in your corner for orthopedic trauma surgery - GOOD LUCK!!!!

Had my right knee replaced by him 2 years ago and it is still going strong. Went from not being able to walk across my living room without having intense knee pain and instability to being able to walk continuously without any discomfort. His work has allowed me to continue an active and productive lifestyle. Never thought I would be able to go out and catch football with my grandsons but now I do it on a regular basis. When I showed up for that one I was 10 mins early for my appointment and i still had to wait over an hour past my time to be seen. I absolutely hated coming here and if your in immense pain dont plan on coming here because it will take weeks for u to finally hear what is wrong.

After lots of different testing and still being negative for carpel tunnel I was sent to a hand specialist, Dr. Hagberg. He sonogrammed me and saw swelling and said often carpel tunnel tests come back negative. He gave me a shot of cortisone first and after a few weeks of still having the same symptoms he finally scheduled surgery. I had surgery 1/3/18. With lots of follow up appointments and physical therapy my hand is finally doing better, still not 100%. It was so bad that I did not go back to work until 3/26/18. Dr. Hagberg has been amazing. He's been very patient with me. He's very friendly and actually listens to you, not like most Drs. The surgery center downstairs where they did my surgery was clean and staff was friendly. If I ever have any other hand/arm injuries this will be the place I want to come to.
