Since it was still in warranty we declined and took the watch to an authorised repairer. The watch at that point had no battery in, and the coil was found to be broken, which can only happen by someone forcing the battery incorrectly. This cost us an extra £80 due to their incompetence and negligence. It was their mistake, but they tried to cover it up by requiring a £200 "service". They are incompetent and dishonest - had they owned up to the error we would have thought better of them.

Canary Wharf is FiDi.2 while City of London is the FiDi of London. Recently adopting a nomadic life, Canary Wharf reminds me most of Chicago.
