Took him over a year to get results for a test that I had done even though I had asked for them. They gave me test results for my mammogram that I had told them what the results were I was supposed to receive results for bloodwork but they called with those results instead. Definitely does not care for his patients he sits at the computer looking at god knows what and doesn't even listen to my vitals I usually have to remind him I need bloodwork done even though he called before my appointment to tell me I needed to do bloodwork. Now for the nurses and the office you make appointment show up for said appointment I have waited almost 2 hours past appointment to be called back there excuse was patients from hospital had to get there follow up so why make appointment if you do not keep them. The last straw I went two weeks ago for check up an my meds prescription I told them I cannot wait all day to be seen 40 minutes past my appointment I got up got copay refunded they go do you want to reschedule I said hell no I told you I couldn't sit here all day.

While the doctor is extremely well educated, I feel like my care has become stagnant. They are very pro-CBD oil which is great, but I feel like I've hit a metaphorical brick wall with progress in managing my pain. I brought up with the NP "Hey, my neck has had a strong burning sensation for about a month now, I think I should get it looked into" and the nurse told me "Let's do the wait and see approach, if it's still bugging you, let's get a scan." Here's the problem - I have hypermobility syndrome. I already have very bad discs in my lower back due to genetics and some sports I did as a child (pre-teen and teen years). If my discs are going bad in my neck, I want to know sooner rather than later to try to mitigate any pain related to the discs before it becomes unbearable.
