We have had a long…read morestanding professional relationship with him through the years, as he also helped me purchase my first condo, rent it out to responsible tenants and then eventually sell it. No matter what point in my life we worked together, everything went seamlessly. In my most recent experience he helped my husband and I buy our new beautiful home. He worked tirelessly to show us numerous houses and accommodating us and the sellers during the pandemic. He is a true wealth of knowledge, not just in the real estate market. He helped us ask questions we didn't know to ask, crawled into attic and basement holes and was honest with the pros and cons of each home we looked at. Since Sean has a background in home construction and renovation, he was also able to point out good and bad things about how houses were built and repaired. Never once, did we feel he was just trying to make a sale or rush us along. He spent afternoons with us, answering all of our questions, no matter how small or redundant they may have been. Sean made us feel valued and we placed our trust in him without hesitation. At a moment's notice Sean could be reached. If we had a question pop up at 9pm on a Sunday evening, Sean would respond with an answer. Even after selling us our home, he still remains in contact with us when we have had a question or needed a recommendation. During the process, Sean was also able to help us find a mortgage company and property lawyer to help guide us through the home buying process. My husband and I are so grateful to have worked with Sean. He truly made everything feel easier and we will honestly miss seeing him each week to attend open houses. Sean is absolutely, without doubt, the best realtor out there!

So sorry, this one will be short and sweet!…read more I met Sean Collins of Benoit Real Estate who was the first (of many many) rental agents to treat me like a paying customer. He had excellent manners, a great demeanor, and was VERY knowledgeable. He also listened, which was something I have not come across with any of the agents I had met. Sean realized I had a unique situation and put me in touch with Shane, the owner of Benoit. I thought for sure, he would be just like the other agents - only more so since it was more money! I was wrong. He was great to work with, helpful, and knowledgeable too. The owner of the agency took the time to meet with me and give me solid advice for free. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this agency. They are not just looking for the next check, but looking for good customers. I look forward to working with Sean and Shane again in the very near future! Thank you so much for all of your help!

Not only that, but I was buying from out-of-state and I am a first time home-buyer. Patrick went above and beyond, visiting houses on my behalf, taking videos, responding to long lists of questions, and generally steering me through a complex and challenging home purchase process. I felt like he was honest and thorough in his assessments of homes, but I never felt that he was pushy or in any way tried to talk me into (or out of) something. When we were touring homes, Tom would point out things about the home's construction, HVAC system, yard, and surrounding area. He'd look at the bones and explain what he saw. We appreciated this. After our offer was accepted, Tom, and his assistant Judy, helped with everything that needed to be done to close.
