You guys need to do better in your kitchen it's not ok to have hair in your food. Enforce hairnets in food prep. Just gross.

He glanced at the total to make sure it matched then paid. By doing this the waitess pretty much kept the bill out of our sight and I didn't notice the upcharges until I looked at it afterwards. We questioned the waitress about the charges, she said it's an old system so it's "entered automatically". I replied that she hadn't told us about a charge to substitute vegetables (understandable if there's a charge to substitute a veg for a meat) and again asked to know why there were two add-on fees. She took the bill and walked away. Another server came out and said she'd call her manager down, but they'd refund the bill, recharge without the add ons. We said okay and sat back to wait. Our original waitress came out, slammed $4.50 in change on the table, and walked away without a word. So, not only were there unexplained add ons on our bill, how our server handled it was terrible. The complaint isn't over $5.95 in over charges...it's about terrible communication, a bad attitude, and mismanagement of a problem that could have very easily been dealt with quickly and politely. We won't be back and yes, I've called the manager.
