Somehow an ad for serendipity labs populated on my social media account. I quickly booked a tour and the rest is history. The office is well kept and is extremely beautiful. However, the staff is what makes this location GREAT. Sid, Karen, Justina and Kyle are by far the most friendly, welcoming, and accommodating staff! They take care of every single tenant and know us all by name. The office is located in the heart of downtown Orlando, with probably the best views of the city. We opted to lease two rooms, 12 dedicated desk(modern cubicles). There are a number of "Focus" rooms, for private phone calls, and they are amazingly decorated and cozy. They also have a ton of events to show their appreciation ! Such as lunch specials, wine down Wednesday's, happy hour on Friday's, etc. All and all I would recommend serendipity to any and everyone! Not only is this location amazing but you'll have access to all of the other locations across the nation!

You've driven from Ivanhoe to Downtown Orlando on Orange Ave and wondered why there were miniature houses inside the building with floor to ceiling glass windows. Well, wonder no more! Downtown Credo has moved their coworking concept into this trippy space and it's kind of the best thing ever, guys. Sure, they have a few kinks to work out because it's new, but there's a reason why some of the coolest cats in town choose this bizarre little contained village for their work space. Hint: it's the people. Potential coworkers fill out a form online like any other coworking space, but a key question is "What is the mission of your company, group, or project?" Though, you don't have to be in it to save the world, this means the folks who work here have some understanding (aided by their walk-thru of the space) that this is about fostering a creative community of potential collaborators. The industries represented in Conduit are varied- from marketing, to web and app developers, to filmmakers, to media. From the website, "The CREDO Conduit is a curated cross-disciplinary coworking space that is focused on convening Central Florida's creative class to cultivate a network of meaning, impact and community." This diversity has already led to unique collaborations and it lends itself to a truly special, dynamic vibe. The floor to ceiling murals that extend into the bathrooms also give an interesting vibe... (for real, check out the ceiling in the men's room...) Membership levels currently allow for a shared desk, a dedicated desk, and a 3 person tiny house. You can't write this ish with a straight face, man. But I'm in one of those tiny houses with Bungalower and Snap! Studio Booth and it's weird/fun as hell. To recap- this is the least stuffy, weirdest designed little-coworking-space-that-could. You aren't going to have a special kitchen or a person whose full job is to cater to coworkers, but you will weirdly have a full bathroom (with a shower), a movie-theater that's actually a conference room, and there'll be occasional sightings of Congresswoman Stephanie Murphy (weee!!! #FanGirl!!). So, as long as you've got those expectations, you'll flippin love it. I guarantee it. (In the Men's Warehouse guy voice so you know I'm legit.)

The staff is incredibly friendly. I love the location, too! Piazza Grande has plenty of other businesses in the area and it feel like you're in a completely different place in Orlando. Back to the office space. They have offices that accommodate 4 people, a conference room, and a large room for presentations. They are usually open 9-5 but are available after hours with the right arrangement. They also have individual work desks if you need just a space to concentrate. They also offer WiFi, a small kitchen, and there are lots of parking outside.

Sharon, Denita and Lamyra are always ready to help with any question or need we may have. They go way above and beyond the services Regus offers (binding, setting up lunch meetings, taking mail for us after-hours, acting as notaries, etc) and they are always friendly- ALWAYS! The prices associated with a Regus executive suite are high, but not higher than if you hired a full-time office manager. This is a good alternative for a small business that needs space and services associated.

Regus leases properties throughout the world and then subleases space to businesses that need an office or two but that do not need a full building or floor. Regus provides the infrastructure to support its subtenants, including high speed internet, telephone lines, receptionist and related services. The Sand Lake Road facility has two well equipped conference rooms, a kitchen area with vending machines, and business center for faxing and photocopying and a four person staff to support its subtenants. In addition, a lounge will open in a few months. I have been a virtual tenant at this location for the past several months and have been very happy with everything that I have experienced. I pay a very reasonable fee to have my mail delivered to the location and to use the conference rooms and common areas. I have friends who pay an even more reasonable fee for office space. If you are opening a business and are looking for office space, check out Regus before you sign a lease for your own space!

Came here recently for a Lake Nona Chamber of Commerce event, and their office is located in this…read moreamazing building. I know Guidewell as a healthcare professional because of their state of the art urgent care centers, but this was my first time hearing of this venture. Located in the heart of medical city, this is an office building (but so much more than that!) that caters to health and technology startups and has a really great aesthetic as well as great technology. Where they set themselves apart is with the theater space they rent out for meetings, such as the one I attended. It is quite honestly the coolest auditorium I've ever seen (true 360 view, quality sound, ample screens). The common area in the front is great as well. Parking is free and ample, which makes it stick out from other similarly sized spaces. Guidewell is a local company and is really investing in the local community and it shows. Fostering successful start ups really makes a difference to the local community and the staff were super courteous as well.
