They have a number desks with full size monitors you can plug your laptop into. A nice printer, fast wifi (at least 250Mb/s), conference rooms for Teams calls or meetings. Everything you need to work productively. Everyone was friendly and the manager BJ was very helpful. They also have a kitchen with drinks and snacks and number of nice restaurants a short walk away. I'm definitely going back if I need to work while in Orlando.

I know Guidewell as a healthcare professional because of their state of the art urgent care centers, but this was my first time hearing of this venture. Located in the heart of medical city, this is an office building (but so much more than that!) that caters to health and technology startups and has a really great aesthetic as well as great technology. Where they set themselves apart is with the theater space they rent out for meetings, such as the one I attended. It is quite honestly the coolest auditorium I've ever seen (true 360 view, quality sound, ample screens). The common area in the front is great as well. Parking is free and ample, which makes it stick out from other similarly sized spaces. Guidewell is a local company and is really investing in the local community and it shows. Fostering successful start ups really makes a difference to the local community and the staff were super courteous as well.
