Each one was just as good as the others teaching me what to do, explaining why I was doing it, helping me get it right, printing out handouts so I could remember what to do when I got home. She gave me the tools to strengthen and stretch my knee, calves, feet and hips, the supporting structures and answered all my questions. Some find my need to understand fine points and particulars as annoying. (Can you believe it?!) But Victoria loved it! She had all the answers and explanations this OCD patient needed. I'm not yet 100 percent and at 73 might never be again. But she gave me the on-going tools to add to my regular work-outs that this old warrior needs to stay joyfully on the tennis court. I got a call yesterday that they are cancelling my appointment due to not receiving the referral from my insurance. I asked why they didn't contract ABQ Orthopedics for the referral since the PT request came from them and they have that referral? I was advised that is not their job. We went for an introduction; he filled out the paperwork and scheduled an appointment for November 25, 2025. Yesterday, he received two text messages and a phone call asking to confirm the appointment. I listened to his call and the front desk "clerk" asked if he wanted to cancel, He said, "No, I want to keep the appointment". She asked again, he responded the same and said, "See you tomorrow". She said "ok". At noon, the scheduled time, we went there and was told that he had cancelled the appointment. We were both shocked because that is NOT what he said. Both front desk clerks insisted that is what he said and argued with us about it. Neither of them tried to apologize for the mix-up or reschedule. They basically called us both liars...
