First time in the store - I went to inquire about a custom logo being engraved onto 2 champagne glasses. There were 2 customers ahead of me, speaking to the one girl who was running the registers. I had to wait for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Finally, when I got to speak to her, I showed her the design and she immediately told me "no", without any explanation. I asked a few questions as to why - was the glass too narrow? Do they not engrave items not purchased there? - no answer, she just kept saying no. The best part is, their website CLEARLY says that custom business logos can be engraved, via digitizing the image. Thanks for nothing, Things Remembered! read more

I brought a piece in and the engraver a) did not center the monogram, b) did not make the monogram straight, c) added an extra, long scratch. So, it was a total debacle. Then the staff was not helpful, gave me a long run-around and were extremely defensive. They finally refunded my money but still I now have a ruined piece. I would avoid this store at all costs! read more

Really, really bad customer service. I bought a vase to be engraved, and wanted to put a custom logo on it along with some text. I was clearly told that I'd brought it in with plenty of time, and that I didn't need to put a "rush order" on it - I specifically asked, because I needed it by a certain date to present to a Board member that was retiring at the next Board meeting. When I called to ask if it'd be ready, I was given a long excuse about why it wasn't ready, because I should've paid extra for the rush shipping! What a totally crappy customer experience - they were $5 cheaper than the local store in the Strip... lesson learned, I'll totally go there next time instead of this place that tries to blame the customer for something not being ready on time. read more
