Very unsatisfied with the engraving of the expensive crystal decanter I bought, mostly due to the lack of training of the salesperson, who did not know the difference between modern and traditional fonts. So I got an oversized font that was not attractive at that size (had lines in it, instead if the solid coverage I'd envisioned). Not only that, but the manager, Josh, didn't even look me in the eye when I asked for a re-do, telling me that it was not possible, even though the website says that satisfaction is guaranteed. I did not appreciate his dismissive attitude. Have sent an email to their corporate customer service dept. to complain, am waiting to hear if they will replace it. However, I won't be going back to this store. Follow-up 12/15/17: Customer service responded to my tweet, offered a refund at my request. At least this is some consolation for the disappointing purchasing experience. read more
