I barely made it through the first class, but since Chris liked to talk about the NBA, I came back for another session. And I was so glad that I did. Slowly but surely, he helped me turn it around. At every session, Chris treats me like I am his most important client. He designs and manages core workouts that are at my level. He also regularly highlights diet and other health issues.
