This company was formerly called Dreamscapes in Woodstock (and may have called itself something…read moreelse a few years ago?), and we wish we had looked at all online reviews before we hired them to grade our front and back yards and install buried drainage lines. Joe gave us a line-item estimate that did not contain details we had discussed while he was on site. So when the crew arrived, we had to explain all the details again, with no photographs or drawings to describe exactly what was contracted. The grading work was sloppy and none of the equipment tread marks were smoothed out in the dirt, so we ended up with front and back yards full of ruts that we had to rake by hand or smooth with a water-filled lawn roller pulled behind our mower. Joe was not easy to deal with, texting me at one point that he could not handle every little detail, and calling me to complain (after he miscalculated the amount of fill dirt needed) that we were just too difficult to work with, that we always had problems that cost him time and money -- not a very professional attitude, IMO. Complete Concrete might be great at concrete jobs, but on grading, I'd recommend finding a professional grading company. Look at the photos I've posted showing how their grading did not direct rainwater where it was supposed to go, in either yard. Also, Complete Concrete does not use PVC pipe to bury gutter downspouts -- they used cheap corrugated black plastic on two downspouts -- and you can see the huge difference in how it looks when we literally stood over the crew member and explained how to attach the PVC pipe we had bought. My personal opinion is that this company is run by and staffed with immature unprofessionals, so any homeowner looking for professional grading work should find another company.

Ipp's is a great restaurant. We had a group of us (12) meet up at Ipp's for dinner. The service and…read morefood were excellent. The staff did a great job of taking our orders and was quick in getting our drinks and food out to us. The setting of the restaurant was nice and it has a great ambiance. We arrived at 7 and left after 10 and the staff was taking care of us right up to the time we departed. The prices were reasonable and the menu selection was excellent. Everyone of of us enjoyed our meal, which given the number was quite an accomplishment.

The atmosphere was nice, and the service was actually better from the trainee than from the woman who said she was training her. The food was just okay. My Grey Goose martini didn't taste like Grey Goose. It tasted like a different, cheaper vodka and went down very rough, even though Grey Goose is usually smooth. The drink was supposed to be sweet and fruity, but it didn't taste good at all. It had an odd, old taste to it. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. It was just okay and didn't really stand out. I've been to Italian restaurants where the pasta tasted extremely fresh and the sauce tasted homemade. I love Italian food, but this spot just wasn't it. My husband didn't like his food either and didn't eat it. He told the waitress who was training that the sauce was a bit overwhelming for the dish. She didn't seem concerned. She told him she was sorry he didn't like it and walked away. She didn't ask if he would like to try something else or offer any other solution. The waitress who was doing the training was very short and acted as if she didn't care throughout most of our meal. We are not in a hurry to go back, especially after feeling like we wasted our time and money.

The…read moretree was in a precarious location, threatening not only our home and shed, but also the fences of two neighbors and even a neighbor's roof. From the start, they were professional and thorough. Julie was very! responsive to any questions and very professional. She provided proof of $1 million in insurance coverage and added us as additional insureds on their policy, which gave us real peace of mind. Out of five quotes we received, their pricing was very competitive. On the day of service, they showed up exactly when promised with a crew of four and two trucks, fully equipped for the job. They worked safely, efficiently, and with clear expertise. Just as importantly, they did a complete cleanup afterward--no debris left behind. We also have photos showing how risky the tree's location was and the impressive size of the trunk they handled. I highly recommend Tree Service N More for any tree removal job, especially challenging ones.

From start to finish, this company was professional, responsive, and exactly as promised. They provided proper insurance, helped us navigate city code requirements, and approached the work thoughtfully from an arborist's perspective -- not just a "cut and go" operation. Julie, the owner, was hands-on throughout and made sure we were completely satisfied. The crew did an excellent job, left the site clean, and pricing was very competitive. We now have a big landscaping project ahead, but if the rest of it goes even half as smoothly as this tree removal did, we'll be in great shape. Highly recommend.
