History

Established in 2013.

Theraspace was founded in Montreal in 2013 with a clear vision: to create a mental health space that felt different from a traditional clinic — warmer, more human, and easier to access. After years of working in the field, I saw how fragmented mental health care could be. Clients were often left moving between providers, falling through the cracks, or avoiding support altogether because the system felt cold, complicated, or out of reach. I believed there had to be a better way. Theraspace was built with that purpose in mind: to bring multiple disciplines together under one roof and offer care that supports the whole person, not just the presenting concern. From therapy to acupuncture to educational webinars, each service is chosen intentionally to support clients in a more holistic and integrated way. Theraspace is more than a clinic. It is a space where real people receive real support — and where mental health care feels like it belongs in everyday life.
