Therapy Pals made it easy and fast to get a prescription for my dog. It was less expensive than I was expecting. I highly recommend them.

However, Joelyn and Liz at Ohana & Friends Pet Sitting put our minds completely at ease from our very first meeting. They took the time to thoroughly understand each of our dogs' personalities, routines and needs, paying extra attention to our dog's medical situation, medications and any special accommodations required. We could tell right away how knowledgeable, experienced and compassionate they are as animal lovers and caregivers. While our family was away on vacation, Liz went above and beyond in looking after our boys. We received regular updates complete with photos and videos showing our boys looking happy, comfortable and well cared for. Liz was diligent in adhering to the feeding and medication schedules for both dogs, and provided them with affection and care throughout her visits. When we returned, the house was tidy, our dogs were calm and content, and we could enjoy a stress-free reunion knowing they had been in the most capable hands. We are so grateful to Joelyn and Liz for the exceptional service and peace of mind they provide. We cannot recommend them highly enough and look forward to having them care for our boys again in the future.

We know that when we go out of town our 3 kitties will have the best care. Our regular sitter is Christine and she is very responsible and communicative. She brings in our mail and packages and has even brought up our trash cans for us.

They squirm and push their face away. Summer was able to keep them calm by wrapping them in a towel and being firm, fast and efficient in their teeth cleaning. We originally had MAJOR doubts that they would be able to get their teeth cleaned without anesthesia but really wanted to give her a shot with how good the reviews were. We figured it was worth the house call visit for a dental exam at least! And im so happy she was able to clean their teeth in the end!! The cleaning took 35-40 minutes in total for both dogs. Don't let the price scare you. Its worth it. My dogs were comfortable at home and around family during the cleaning. The before and afters speak for themselves. And trust me. They've never had a cleaning in their 6 years of life, so their teeth were bad! Still in shock! And so very happy with the service. Already booked their 6 month follow up! Thank you Summer and Lalo for cleaning the chuggos teeth!

I've been taking Bella to Lucky's Dog Grooming since she was a puppy (she's 9 now). After moving to…read moreSanta Clarita almost 5 years ago, I had to try a bunch of places closer to home, but I was never truly comfortable. Every time I dropped her off somewhere new, I had this uneasy feeling. Bella would come back stressed and not like herself, and after a few bad experiences (including her getting injured), I just couldn't keep putting her through that. So I went back to Lucky's Dog grooming, her original groomer and I'm so glad I did. The owner genuinely cares about the dogs, and you can feel it. Bella is calm, happy, and treated with so much patience every time. I've seen some comments about small cuts, and while of course no one wants that, sometimes it can happen depending on the dog's skin. Personally, I'd take that over my dog coming back anxious or hurt any day. I'm really grateful for them. Thank you for always taking such good care of Bella and treating her like a princess

So I've been here many times. And they always do a good job in terms of the haircut. And even in…read morethis situation her haircut was still good. (I have a small white dog.) But my dog like many, is very scared of the groomers. She starts shaking from the moment we park. She's like this with any groomer and also the vet. I don't think it's a very unique situation. However today they had my dog there for about 3.5 hours for her grooming. Now I can understand if the bath and haircut take a while. But today I dropped her off in the morning and later I had an another appointment I needed to get to. (Which I ended up rescheduling because of this, but it's not the end of the world) I had asked ahead of time for a guesstimate on how long it would take so I could plan my day. They said around 2 to 2.5 hours. I know it's only an estimate and no guarantee. So I left. And then decided to stop in after 3 hours cause my other appointment was soon and I figured they had to be close. Even if I had to wait for another 10-15 min while they finish up. When I got there, they were only halfway through her haircut. I could see her in the back on the table. Her body was mostly shaved but just like a first pass and her head was still untouched. So I left and waited for their call as I live nearby. But my issue isn't a long haircut. My issue is that my dog was sitting, terrified in a cage/pen/crate for hours before she was even started on. I had made an appointment. What is the point of making an appointment if she's going to be waiting so long? If you can't handle more than one dog at a time Just tell me to come at another time. I understand there will be a little bit of waiting. But I'd like her to be there for only as long as needed cause it's very stressful. My dog is close to 11 years old. When I finally got the call and picked her up. I asked them why it took so long. They told me they had an older dog that needed to be done first. Again, if they didn't have time to do her grooming at that point, then why accept the appointment? This now makes me wonder how many times they have made her sit and wait for hours before starting. I will likely shop around for somewhere new because of this.

I have to be honest about my experience with Media City Veterinary Medical Center. They have strong…read moreratings, a busy office, and clearly a large clientele, but after less than two years there, I became deeply dissatisfied with the pricing structure and the way concerns about costs were handled. The customer service was polite but basic. My biggest issue was how quickly appointments seemed to turn into extensive and extremely expensive treatment plans. It often felt like the moment you mentioned even a minor concern, you were presented with a long list of recommended labs, X-rays, and additional testing. I understand diagnostics are important, but the costs frequently felt excessive and overwhelming. One situation especially changed my view of the clinic. After already paying for an initial exam and testing, I was told a follow-up visit for the same condition would cost nearly as much as a brand-new office visit. When I questioned the pricing and suggested starting with lab work first before jumping into more testing, I was treated as if I were being difficult simply for asking reasonable questions and trying to be financially responsible. What frustrated me even more was later learning that some bloodwork could have been sent to an outside lab for nearly half the price, but that option was not presented upfront. Clients deserve transparency and choices, especially during costly veterinary care. The most upsetting part was being told I could no longer return to the clinic while my pet was still in the middle of treatment because management considered me "too disgruntled" over the fees. I found that extremely unprofessional. Questioning pricing should not automatically make a client a problem. Thankfully, I eventually found another veterinary clinic that was a much better fit for me and my pet calm, clean, transparent, and very thorough. They spent time explaining everything clearly without making me feel pressured or financially cornered. I'm not writing this to damage anyone's business. Media City Veterinary Medical Center obviously has many loyal customers. But clients also have a right to speak honestly about their experiences, and mine left me disappointed.
