There was a bell at the counter, which I rang. No one came, and I ended up ringing it three more times before leaving. However, I taken a business card that was available on the counter and decided to call the number. Someone did answer. I inquired about the pricing and type of massages available, and then I booked a massage for a few days later. I had no further issue when I arrived for my appointment. My therapist was flexible about how the service, because I wasn't sure what type of massage I needed, but settled on deep tissue for the pressure. The massage also included hot stones. I appreciated my masseuse (Lin) asking what services I would like with my massage. Overall, it was very relaxing and therapeutic. I felt like I was on a cloud when I left. So, in the future I will call to book my appointments as that seems the best way to guarantee service.

She did about 45 min with me laying on my stomach and the rest of the time on my back. She used consistent pressure and was never too rough or painful. She also used hot stones and oil which felt amazing. I seriously feel like a new woman, all of my stress just melted away and I will absolutely be making this a regular thing! It's not a massage nor is the lady any good at what she does - Ella. It's a rub down over your body covered by a sheet. At no time did she stop for one second to massage any muscles. She massaged you like she would wash your car, flat handed and quickly. Not relaxing at all. Asked Ella several times to remove sheet, do a deep tissue massage, massage my problem areas neck and calf's; she just didn't know what to do or didn't care.
