Furthermore I received no follow up call later in the day or any explanation as to what happened. That seems like common courtesy. Overall, didn't get a good feeling when I called to make the appointment (hasty and very undetailed) and with the lack of interest in delivering services I'd say you'll be better off trying somewhere else.

The staff barley speakl English but given the massage they give, who cares? My wife and I each got a 60-minute deep-tissue massage. They prohibit thing naked, which was fine with us, but down to underwear is expected. Also, it's an opposite-sex massage therapist (I got a woman, my wife a man) butt, again, no problem. The massage is the best either of us has ever had. The massage therapist climbs up on the table and steadies by hanging onto taking mounted on the ceiling. Get ready for hands, knees, and feet grinding away your muscle aches and pains. The massage was a full hour and was $70 for the hour. For another $10, you can get hot stones placed on your back. I did it and loved it; my wife wasn't offered and missed out. I highly recommend this place. The customer interaction is so-so due to language barriers but the massage rocks.

Long story short: My burned me with hot towels, but wouldn't believe me even when I sent pictures…read more I thought I'd try it because it was the cheapest option around, at least that I believed that I could get in at short notice on a Saturday. I should have waited until Monday. The massage itself wasn't bad. In fact, despite the room being a little cold, My was friendly and I left with far less tension than I came with. The real issue was at the beginning, but I didn't discover until a few hours later. When she used hot towels at the beginning, she put it on my back and asked if it was too. It was. It was scalding. I told her, and she took it off immediately. No problem, right? As I drove away to my next destination, I realized my back hurt. But not all over. In a specific spot. I thought perhaps this was a pressure point or something that had been triggered during the massage. After about an hour and a half of consistent pain, I knew it wasn't that. I went into the bathroom of a dessert place I was in and raised my shirt to look at my back. I noticed a pink mark about where she left the towel about two and a half hours prior when she placed the towels. I didn't think it was that bad because of poor lighting. I went to see a play at a theatre just a few buildings down. After 2+ hours of shuffling to find a comfortable position that would not aggravate whatever it was on my back, I thought that I should check it out further. I went to the bathroom of this establishment, and saw that the mark was indeed the size of a quarter, if not slightly larger. Realizing it was a burn from the towels, I called My who, after first refusing to pay, said she would refund me 50% of the cost. It took a while to reach her, though, because she kept explaining why she "didn't have time." She then said, about an hour later, that she forgot her password to the app with which she does business.... suffice it to say, when I went to bed and woke up with no transfer, I was rather upset... again.
