I cannot believe the service I received here last Sunday. Please do not use this shop. I came here last Friday & spent a fair bit on fruit & veg, the older gentleman that served me was so lovely & very polite. Once I returned home I see thar my bag of potatoes were all green! I couldn't return there to the shop until sunday. Once i walked in there was a younger man on the till & i explained the situation. I was very polite to him & was going to actually get more potatoes & buy some more salad but he was RUDE. As he handed the £2 back to me he said he doesnt have to refund me really tk which point i said im afraid you do.....faulty goods by law have to be exchanged or your money back yo which he said Tescos eouldnt change them! By this point i couldnt believe what i was hearing & said i spent a fair bit here just 2 days ago & never expected this kind of treatment & he said " i dont care if you spent £1000!. I know lots of people in the area & theyre all boycotting the shop!
