Friends suggested going with one of those cheap $70/hour places but we wanted it done right and safe. They were very professional--arrived on time for both projects, wore booties over their shoes (which I appreciated because of our crawling baby), and did not go over the time they quoted. In between projects, they also mounted a large, floor-to-ceiling mirror in our master bedroom and hid/mounted some wiring from the baby monitor in the nursery.
