I arrived a couple of hours early for my appointment, having driven two hours, just to verify my time. They were able to get me in and take care of me as quickly as possible. Dr. Kalan is a great listener and conducted a thorough review of my medical conditions. Maritza, who drew my blood and conducted a pulmonary function test, was lively and fun. She brought joy to each room she entered. Nancy coordinated with the staff to have me seen almost two hours before my actual appointment time. The facility was clean, the staff were incredible and I appreciated seeing all the military pictures posted throughout the building. I highly recommend this place. This location is truly amazing and worth the four-hour round trip.

They literally took the best look I've ever had a doctor take of my whole body's health, went for the source problems, not the symptoms. I returned to better than ever health, and now find they are expert in keeping me there, fine-tuning my lifestyle changes, dietary changes, and nutritional/supplements as needed, My husband was so very impressed he asked to be a patient too after seeing how they approached my health. Every doctor I've seen there has given me jewels of information, wisdom, and help. Every person I meet that is in despair over their health, I say "don't give up until you try them" and no one has ever complained I sent them there, instead they are grateful and empowered to achieve their health goals! Really worth it!

I spoke with the IV nurse Debbie who offered great treatment details but was transferred back to the front reception for pricing and procedures about scheduling. I called back next day to schedule - again I had to call several times since they don't often answer phones after noon. The rudest receptionist answered and rambled off details about getting a referral from my previous doctor for UBI. It was the opposite of what I was told the day before. I asked her to repeat herself and got a big sigh. She didn't give me her name and rushed off the phone - beyond unprofessional! It's sad that potentially great doctors have such bad front office staff... and often never see or read reviews that could help to improve these issues.

ER took me in right away, I was given pain meds, all nurses and techs were very attentive, gave clear answers, I was assisted within minutes of requests at all times - from the time I arrived until leaving May 12, 2026. Surgeons answered all questions, I felt safe, cared for and seen as an individual and felt both protected and respected as a patient. Pain meds were given as needed they helped me with both chief complaint and residual migraine I had upon arrival. They helped me before during and after surgery and assisted me as I went thru steps of recovery afterwards . Admissions was great, drs top notch, all I came in contact with were pleasant and gave help right away and informed me each step of the way about my care and helped alleviate my fears and nervousness. This visit was easily one of the best visits I have had to an emergency room. I would both recommend and encourage others to seek treatment needed from this facility without hesitation.

She said that yesterday, but in fact the fax had come through because they sent a response back to my ND needing clarification on something. She responded back at 3pm yesterday. When I called to confirm today, she immediately said no, I informed her I verified with my ND and mentioned the back and forth yesterday and she still said she didn't have them, that she manned all the faxes so she would know. Firstly, lose the attitude. Maybe you made a mistake, you're not going to take 3 seconds to double check?
