The law firm is very unprofessional! It's an absolute disgrace to trust this firm with personal case matters. This law firm will allow your recorded phone call to be heard by others that are not apart of the case. My daughter called in to inform the law firm that she wanted to be the only one contacted about her settlement payment due to an accident that took place a few mouths earlier.. (mind you, my daughter hired the company to look after her affairs. She is only 20 years of age) My daughter attended therapy, she filed paperwork and stayed in communication with the law group. After settling, the attorney Nuru decided that it was ethical to call my 20 year olds father to inform him that his daughter called him and advices the law group that she wants to be the only one communicated with about her case. (Nuru per Her father is his frat brother.. keep this in mind) moving forward, after her father was informed, he immediately called my daughter and informed her of the information he received. He even stated that the law group allowed him to hear the call. My daughter and I called back up to the firm to let them know what had taken place. The paralegal that answered the phone was very kind and she apologized for the unprofessionalism that had taken place. She asked to take my contact information and informed me that someone would call me back. Guess what... I never received a call back, meanwhile, my daughter was asked to leave her home that she shared with her father, he asked for her car keys back and he's made things difficult for her all due to the law firm not following's protocol. I will be pressing this matter forward but I warn all of you that deal in legal law firms such as this one. This law firm is not one to be trusted. The law firm should have done a background check on her father. He's a violent man, he gossips to ruin lives, he has a criminal background and is also not a man of good character. Today an incident occurred in which there were 2 adults and four children involved. One adult and 2 children were killed. This law group pounced within hours with a video on Facebook, with the name of Smash Da Topic, advertising their service like the ambulance chasing dicks that they are. If they are that desperate for business they could have contacted either one of the parties involved privately. At the least send your condolences. Beyond that give the families a moment to gather themselves and grieve. If anyone chooses to sue allow them the time to bury their family. But they don't care until it could've been their family and then it's business as usual only looking at the bottom line because everyone knows they only ones that get rich are the lawyers. read more
