I showed her all around my house and she was taking notes, pretending to care about anything I had to say. She said she would return the next day with the samples but she never showed up and she stopped answering my calls after that. I had done wooden blinds with them 15 years ago and it was quick but this time I should have listened to the other review posted here. It took more than 6 months to get 2 of the three shutters that we ordered. We finally had to cancel the third one and after speaking with Ana, we ended up agreeing to go ahead and wait for it but after waiting for two months and shutter being "on its way" as she would say whenever she would respond to my texts, i ended up just canceling. I know Laredo has a reputation of taking long for anything but this company really takes too long. Do not order with them unless you're ready to wait at least 6 months for your shutters. I also never got my rebate for a window treatment purchased. By the time she finally responded to me to give me rebate, it had already expired so I wasn't able to get the $150 rebate. She also offered to give me the credit on my next purchase. I really wasn't going to buy anything from them anymore, after seeing the kind of service they offer. Ana is very nice but just not very good business oriented. Also make sure you get everything in writing because she had quoted me one price for transom blinds and ended up charging double. read more

The blinds are very cheapy and not what we thought we were ordering. Her installer drilled extra holes in our doors that he never patched, and installed the other blinds very sloppily.
