She stated she had tried to contact us for several hours, to which we never received a call or text. Only 20 mins before we picked our dog up did we ever get any communication and we were already in route. She then had a horrible attitude and proceeded to rush us out and lock the door behind us. Her excuse was that she had a drs appt which had nothing to do with us. Poor planning and lack of communication should not fall on someone who is spending money. In the attached photo is shows zero messages before the time shown as well as threatening to call animal control. Horrible horrible service! Also below, it seems the "owner" responded with more lies... the chop job looks nothing like the photo reference presented, (see attached). Zero blending, didn't do the ears, just overall terrible. Do not support this business as they have zero regard for your family fur babies. Poor Skoshi was running to the water bowl when we got home.

My dog was sick because someone fed him food to which he's allergic, and left me that wrong food for a week. (This happened because our regular food was discontinued.) Ugh! So I needed a new bag of food, and I knew I had to go with Zignature, an expensive brand that box stores don't always carry, especially not in kangaroo as the protein (because my dog is allergic to all the usual non-pretentious proteins). Called mid-morning, hoping they had it, at least a small bag. The young man who answered knew exactly what I needed, had it in stock, had the largest (25lb) size, had the price memorized, and it was $12 under Amazon's lowest, and to beat Prime's next-day delivery, he could deliver THAT DAY (and free in my case because I was so close)!!!! Wow! Delivery came as promised, actually about an hour later. This was so helpful! I didn't have cash to tip at time of delivery so I stopped at the store on my way home at the end of my week to tip the young man. He remembered me, and was offering more help any time. I noticed a ton of great food options while in the store, including Acana, which is pricey but great quality!

He did not have any Matting on his ears either and I brushed him DAILY. Your employees didn't even attempt to brush his out. He was gorgeous AND WELL TAKEN CARE OF. Your establishment should be ashamed of yourselves for not owning up to the obvious trauma you caused my dog. Everything I've said was backed up by my VET as well. No dog smell at all. Amazing ! We met the staff who were all super sweet and assured us they would take great care of our girls . You can visit and walk dogs in yard if you are close enough. This was an awesome option for us and we did visit twice during the week. Our dogs were happy and healthy and seemed very comfortable and content. This brought us great happiness and confident we made the right choice :) def will use next summer and would recommend 100%.
