The gallery comprises 10 spacious, light-filled rooms, each showcasing a photography artist and an arrangement of their large format pieces. Each of the works are limited edition and each are for sale. There's a good mix of photos on paper and on canvas. (I'm a fan of the latter format). The stand-outs, for me, were the works by Joshua Holko in his Colours of Iceland series. At least three of his pieces were award winners in international photography competitions. They are, quite simply, breathtaking. Another series called Fluid Tasmania by Andy Chisholm demonstrates his ability to capture the ocean and waves, irrespective of the conditions. Indeed, it seems the more treacherous, the better the image. One particularly spectacular shot of a board rider cannot have ended well!
There's a little gift shop that you are cunningly corralled through to get to and from the gallery. They do honey tastings. Beware that many states in Aus do not allow you to bring back honey (WA being one of them).
