On October 12 I received an email stating that my order had been shipped. However, when I checked the USPS tracking number, it showed no valid tracking information. On October 21, I contacted the merchant by email to report that the tracking was not working and that USPS showed no shipment received. I never received any reply. I want to clearly state: I never received the item. Because there was no response and no visible shipment activity, I opened a dispute with my credit card company. Only then did the merchant respond to the card issuer, claiming shipment and delivery based on tracking history. But the USPS public tracking page shows "Tracking Not Available," and the shipment record appears inconsistent -- showing pre-shipment in October but USPS movement only starting around December 19. From a customer perspective, this is unacceptable: * Marked as shipped when USPS had not received the item * Tracking not working or unavailable to the customer * No response to my support email * Confusing and conflicting tracking history * No proactive communication * Item never delivered * I had to open a credit card dispute just to get attention Based on my experience, buyers should be extremely cautious. I did not receive my order, did not receive proper customer service, and did not receive transparent or accurate shipping information. I strongly recommend staying away and purchasing from a more reliable merchant.

Parking can very often be a pain, especially on the weekends and, of course, during the Holidays; then again, what mall doesn't have that problem?! The other downside is you have to walk outside while going from store to store. It gets really hot in Mississippi during the summer, so walking around outside while shopping isn't ideal. On the north side of Lakeland Drive you'll find several of your larger stores like Best Buy, PetSmart, Target, and Stein Mart. On the south side you'll find Belk in the center of all the smaller shops such as American Eagle, Victoria's Secret, Lane Bryant, Bath & Body Works, etc. You'll pretty much find all the shops here you'd expect to find at any indoor mall. There are also many restaurants (including fast food places) on both sides. Some examples are Logans, Cheddars, El Potrillo, Backyard Burger, Chick-fil-A, McDonald's, Dickey's BBQ, and many others. I'd like to add on a more personal note that it's very interesting to see how Dogwood and Flowood really "exploded." I grew up in Pearl and I remember when there was nothing here but trees. My junior year of high school I drove from Pearl to Northwest Rankin HS every day and I'd have to drive Lakeland back and forth. There was just nothing there. Even when I moved to Florida in the 90s, there was still nothing there. Imagine my surprise when I returned to MS to visit one day and all this had popped up. I had my mouth hanging open going, "Wowwwwww!" Pretty cool! Anyway... enough of my reminiscing. This is a really nice place to shop, and if you've never been here, you're going to find so very much more than what I was able to mention.

All three spaces were priced similarly, and the prices were... astonishing. The clothing consignment store especially made me do a double take. Anything made in the 2000s or earlier seemed to be labeled "vintage," with basic items like T-shirts priced around $39+, things you could easily find at a thrift store for a couple of dollars. Every single item felt overpriced, even the so-called "half off" rack outside. The vintage consignment side was very sparse compared to other shops around town, yet somehow even more expensive. As someone who collects and restores antiques, I fully understand the time, effort, and skill that can go into restoring pieces. Even taking that into consideration, the pricing still didn't make sense. Hundreds of dollars for items that realistically should be in the $80-$100 range at most. I offered to ship the rug to them at my cost (along with the cleaning snd patching I paid for) in return for a refund of the purchase price.
