I paid $6,000 for maternity care and only attended three appointments before deciding to transfer to another provider. After leaving, I requested a refund minus the cost of the care I actually received, which I felt was a reasonable request. Initially, I was offered only a $1,000 refund, which I did not feel reflected the limited services that were provided. After nearly two years of back-and-forth communication trying to resolve the situation, Galina eventually agreed to refund $3,000. However, despite that agreement, the refund was never actually provided. Over the course of this process I repeatedly followed up politely by email asking for updates or a timeline, but the situation was never resolved. Meanwhile, I had to seek care elsewhere and even pay out of pocket for emergency care through another provider. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. I paid $6,000 and after months of trying to resolve things respectfully, I was left without the agreed refund and with very little care provided.

After 3 attempts and 2 payments of $375 being cancelled, I tried reaching out over the phone once more. There is no phone number for the service allows you to speak, person-to-person, with a human being. That being said, the extra star is there because they might be alright at therapy. They just come off as greedy and cold before you get in the door. P.S. The aforementioned "door" is metaphorical as they are still Tele-health only. At this juncture in the pandemic, it just seems impersonal.

I was being evaluated to qualify for a certain procedure that would have made their medical practice money. But, instead she was honest and said I do not qualify. She could have lied and taken my cash. She didn't. 2.) She knows what she is talking about as I took notes and googled it all. She was spot on. I love a smart woman especially when they are my doctor. 3.) I am part Ukrainian. She is 100% Ukrainian.... Hell, I like that. 4.) I may sound superficial...but wow she is DAMN attractive. There I said it. Lets face it guys, if you are going to spill your guts to a doctor...it's so much better when they are real damn pretty!!
