Over the years, Wendy has helped nearly 3,500 families with their home financing needs. Much of the team's business comes from referrals and relationships built on trust, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to putting clients first.

Meet the Business Owner: Wendy T.
Wendy Thompson’s story began on an Air Force base in Grand Forks, North Dakota, but Memphis, Tennessee, is home.
With 25+ years in mortgage lending and 20+ years in accounting (CPA-Inactive), Wendy brings financial insight and personal understanding to her work. Growing up in a divorced family shaped her passion for divorce mortgage planning. With a veteran father and husband, Beau, she also has a personal connection to the military community. Her experience with her stepfather inspired her interest in reverse mortgages and helping people better understand their assets and options.
Wendy believes in treating clients like family, explaining things in plain English, and helping people make informed decisions without feeling overwhelmed.
Outside work, she enjoys time with Beau and their son, Tate, supporting Hope Church and Compassion International, and advocating for animal rescue. Her dogs, Rox and Rex, are beloved foster fails.
