Today I returned to pick out a tank for my three-year-old daughter for Christmas, and the experience was just as great as I remembered. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, patient, and professional. A special shoutout to Jack, who helped me today. He was incredibly patient with all of my questions, and he is extremely knowledgeable about fish care. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and I left feeling confident and excited to set up our tank at home.
