I knew they were overpriced but wanted to support my local gemstore. Then the girl, who was very nice, asked for a tip. I didnt understand why I was tipping and bc I am kind, I did tip. I realize that stores like this take advantage of people's kindness. What is even worse is store owners pay less base pay with the promise of tips so its the owners who should be shamed, taking advantage of not only their employees but also the kindness of people who patronage their shop. With it being a temporary location, I can't judge too hard but there is still a decent amount of indoor seating and a huge patio of outdoor seating. The staff is super nice. I had a gift card that was causing some troubles and the cashier was very helpful and accommodating in getting it to work.
