I once left a complaint on Yelp and the clinic messaged saying they would reach out to me, so I took my review down. I guess I should have kept it up, because they never called. The doctors are fine, but the staff is awful. My teen daughter was once mistreated by staff there because they "didn't have time for her appointment" (seriously), an appointment that was scheduled with Banner. It's one of several weird, unprofessional behaviors. I've had good experiences at other Banner clinics, this one is the problem. Seriously, there are enough other places to go to; go there, be treated well. Avoid this place like the plague.

They will not answer a voicemail you left They are a fake Dr. office I made an appointment with the dentist for a cleaning and was told to prepay. I did. They assessed my teeth and told me I had three cavities, broken cap and needed a deep root cleaning. I explained that I had a deep root cleaning 9 months earlier. They totaled the repairs to approx 8 thousand dollars. I asked them to move forward with the cleaning and they said there is no time. So I left without a cleaning and did not receive a refund I drove 1.5 hours back to my old dentist for a check up and cleaning. They suggested at the next appointment to refill a 50 year old filling. This place is terrible

Went in for an ankle injury, front desk receptionist was nice. Got called in and just received…read moreimmediate attitude, don't know since they were close to closing or what but i would get cut off mid sentence and just would talk over me almost anytime i spoke. They slapped on an ankle brace and didn't tell me what was wrong just that "it wasn't broken." i guess don't come in close to closing, it'll feel like your talking to people already mentally clocked waiting for clock to hit 8.

Went to the clinic for an ongoing sinus infection. I was prescribed a very strong antibiotic. It…read morewas effective, unfortunately after 5 days on RX I experienced strong side effects. Instead of prescribing a new rx to finish the round they required me come back in and start the process over. I will not return. Had a similar problem a couple years ago at Little Clinic inside frys, they simply prescribed something else to finish the round. You know where I will go next time. Plus you are examined by the PA on sight. Akos is an exam where you talk to PA in a different county similar to skipe. Live and learn. Akos has liberal hours if you had an emergency. Best thing going for them.
