Use to come here years ago and it was nice. Only been here a few times recently but from my experience and witnessing and speaking with others this place has seriously gone become a dump. Appears they spent too much money trying to make the place appealing to look at and not anything on the equipment. Washers keep getting stuck on cycles and when you go and ask for help the employees are so rude they don't even say anything to you. Just walk over open the lid do some button pushing then walk away. Half the dryers don't work either with either out of order signs or you have to move your items cause there is no heat at all. Then there's the other side of that where the dryers get too hot even on low and burn your items. Only came back here cause of the free dry but I honestly rather go somewhere else and pay for drying then go back there. read more

they have a new thing of free dry all week and I went in with my clothes already washed, my dryer broke a couple weeks ago and have been going perfectly fine using the dryer for free lIke the sign states, I went in and the lady from the front desk told me that if I wasn't going to wash my clothes and just dry I'm not permitted to use the free dry, mind you the big dryers are only about 1.25-1$ it's not that big a deal but the way she treated me and my mother was rude and i looked around the whole laundry mat for a sign that says if you don't wash you can't use free dry but there was no sign, don't come here unless you are ready to pay 10$ or more for a washer read more

Not only is this place really easy to get to off of 270 it also has awesome Staff! Very helpful and were there for me when I needed some lotion (Really high-quality stuff too)for the Tanning bed. The Tanning beds are the best I have seen in town and they are clean. Not sure where that last reviewer got her info... 5/5 if your looking for a spot for tanning. I also returned and used their washing machines. They have a massive washer that can fit my California king size comforter with no problem. another 5/5 for thier washing services. read more

Went in earlier this week and there were teenage girls all over the place. While in line I realized that they were the friends of the workers and weren't paying for their tanning. I paid for my tanning and had to wait for the employees non paying friends to use the bed before I, a paying customer was able to tan. Ridiculous. read more

I have used this place for many years now and have seen a few ups and downs. The teen staff was an issue but the new employee's are mature and knowledgeable. They have a large variety of beds with new bulbs and upgrades this year. The price can not be beat if you buy the one month package! read more

Took my daughter to buy a month tanning package paid upfront for the month package but they still required to put a credit card on file they said because they just have to have one. This was not a month to month to month type of a thing we paid for a month tanning they said make sure you come in and cancel before the month is over still trying to figure out what we're canceling if we paid upfront nonetheless go in tonight to tan and cancel said we wanted to cancel and they are charging five dollars to cancel? Never in my life been to such a shady place will never ever do this again. Don't go in if you just want to pay for a month tanning they don't have that you can only get continuous charge your credit card every month type of service bullshit. This place refuses to return any cash left on their books from previous services. In short the new owner is a fraud and and has 0 sense of customer service. Since this business sold months back it has become a loosely run business with absolutely no regard for the customer. I went in to simply get change. I'd had a 20 so I had to put it in a machine to get smaller bills back. I kept trying my 20 bill while they two girls at the counter chatted away. Then after a minute one turns to me and says oh that's broken, do you need change...? Like I was annoying them by trying to fold out my money so the machine could take it. It was absolutely ridiculous. Put a damn sign on the broken thing instead of chatting your life away and on the phone while you are supposed to be working, and just standing by while people waste their time with broken things. Simply having a sign could have prevented me from wasting 5 minutes of my life in that place with annoying teenage girls who have no respect for customers. read more

I used to live close to this tanning salon and it was very nice a few years went by i moved and i drove all way to the west side from groveport just to tan but now i stopped going because its so dirty and gross. They got a whole new staff who constantly put me in a dirty tanning bed. I will never go there again especially since their tanning packages and tanning beds aren't worth it any more.
