This store was a great find just because of its location. No longer will I shop at the other store across the street when I'm in the Cleveland area. The store had great deals , everything that I know from back home that my normal fresh thyme store has. They even had a great raffle after you checked out too so I'm hoping that I won a cool prize. Staff here was very friendly, great selection of hot food and fresh sushi. Great location for the area, will happily shop again!

I know it has been a little bit since the change, but it was a little sad to see. They still offer grocery pick up for those who prefer to pick up their items. Heinen's is a great local grocery chain. They have a nice deli, produce section and wine area. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Overall it is a great place to shop.

OK let me start off with- I love this store. I have been…read moreshopping here for several years. The store is clean, and it has a pretty good stock. I personally love their organic section because it is much more cost-effective compared to Giant eagle across the street. I have never had a bad experience there until recently, and to me it's worth sharing. The associates do not wear name tags- but there is an older woman there with long white hair in a ponytail every time I've seen her. I needed one onion- I live alone so a 2 pound bag is excessive. There was one single onion outside of all the bags- I brought it to the checkout and asked her to just ring me up for the bag or for something comparative for the price. This woman scoffed at me, held up the onion, and said "I can't do anything with this" I said you can't just charge me ?? I don't need the whole bag. She then proceeded to tell me no- and she THREW IT AWAY RIGHT NEXT TO ME with the worst attitude. Not selling the onion separate (literally said charge me for the bag or for a pack of gum) is whatever, but being RUDE and having a shitty attitude while throwing it away was just nasty human behavior. So lady with the white hair you have terrible customer service- and all my family and friends are laughing at how petty you are every time they see you now. To the rest of the Aldi staff- you guys are amazing and I love all the work you do to keep the store functional and a positive environment.
