She helped me disconnect and reconnect with myself. She is so welcoming and comfortable. Julie listened to me and helped me let go of what was blocking me, she never rushed me or made me feel out of place. I felt her calm the whole time. The place she does her work from is inviting, peaceful and serene. I was greeted by her with masks on and instantly felt the right energy for this session. I genuinely enjoyed the time I got to spend at her healing center. I hope I can make my way to find her again. I had Raki and a 90min massage, as well as flower essence done. This massage was at her home and everything was clean and ready for me as soon as I arrived. Once I was on the table and she came back in, we got started and she immediately could identify the stressful energy that I was bringing into the session and got to work! I personally really enjoy deep tissue massages and Kris delivered while also identifying some of the energy that was stuck in parts of my body. I had so much going on in my back that took up most of the session, yet she was still able to squeeze in some 'energy work' on my legs and I could totally feel circulation and movement such that they felt relaxed and rested even though she didn't do traditional massage on them. Kris is a no-nonsense New Yorker, so she'll tell you the truth but she's kind and excellent and I would absolutely see her again! Thank you, Kris!

Valerie is ah-may-zing and this was one of the most healing and awesome experiences of my life!!!…read moreI've been wanting to write this review for awhile and have been having trouble putting it into words! What made my experience so profound, or what allowed me to have a profound experience, was how comfortable I instantly felt around Valerie! She's full of /genuine/ loving kindness and is super accessible. I think we've all met practitioners who either don't feel genuine, or come across as intimidating or overly serious or 'holier-than-thou'. Valerie felt like a sister who is totally there to support you with no judgement. I knew I could ask her any question, be myself around her, and even have a laugh!! Long story short in other treatments / healings / ceremonies / spiritual experiences, I've never been able to fully let go and have the healing experience I was meant to have, because I was either too shy are worried if I DID let go that I would not be supported. So thank you Valerie for making me feel comfortable and free!!! My bestie and I each did individual 2-hour breathwork and sound healing sessions. Valerie has a Sound Bed which is super comfortable and like laying on an instrument with harp strings on one side and mellow drums on the other. When she plays the strings or drums, you can feel the vibrations in the your body and it's so awesome!! Valerie's studio space is super zen and clean and spacious, while feeling totally cozy. And beautiful! The session was approx 15 minutes orientation / talking about personal spiritual or life focuses, then 45 minutes breathwork, 45 minutes sound healing, and 15 minutes decompression/discussion/reorientation Breathwork was challenging in the best way and HOLY HECK did I release some things. Tears just welled up and were shed and Valerie had done a great job before letting me know I didn't need to wonder what the tears were about or be in my head. I'm often in my head so it was great to know I could fully be in my body and like she said "the breath will do all the work". I felt tensions in my neck and other parts of my body spontaneously release that I ***did not know they were even there until they were gone***. How long had I been holding onto those?!?!? As the breathwork continued I felt my whole body and each cell vibrating with light! So the breathwork takes you to an entire different dimension and then once you're there - 45 minutes of sound healing blissss!!!!! Every time Valerie picked up a different instrument I could almost feel a different part of my body was activated. One of my focuses was womb energy / creative fertility, and I could literally feel different sides of my womb vibrate and tingle. Other times I could feel other internal organs vibrate like my liver and spleen and parts of my back. I truly felt like I was transported to the home place of my pure spirit essence, maybe what some people refer to as the sacred space of the heart. It was wonderous and awesome. 11/10 stars!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Weeks later and I still feel the changes within me, I can tell they are permanent. I will absolutely be doing another breathwork soundhealing session with Valerie whenever I'm back in Sedona Thank you so much Valerie for being a light in this world and helping people heal!!

I told her about my pain during moon cycle and my wish to belong to the American land I am born on. As a descendent of Chinese immigrants, I was accustomed to tending to my paternal ancestral lineage and did not realize the impact of relegating my maternal lineage. This session revealed the generations of pain I carried from my maternal inheritance. I connected to that pain and released it. I was left with feeling deep gratitude for my mother and all that she had endured. My moon cycle came a few days after our session and for the first time in my life, I did not have painful cramps, weakness in legs, or PMS. I was ecstatic. Also as a descendent of Chinese immigrants, I did not feel I belonged anywhere- not on American soil and not on Chinese soil. I have found solace in nature, but intuitively felt a crucial connection was missing. Valerie guided imagery that immediately connected me to the heart of the earth. Tears streamed down as I felt grounded and invigorated by Mother Earth's energy for the first time. After the session, I saw an American flag in the distance, and I noticed my usual feelings of disconnection and oppression were replaced with feelings of pride and gratitude. This land is now my land too. With my deepest gratitude, I thank Valerie for her sacred and divine work. I am forever changed.

Ankle and Heel Pain, Back Pain, Chronic Fatigue, Sciatica…read more I had been looking for alternative health practitioners on the internet and discovered the Quantum Energetics (QE) web site. I found the QE information I read, interesting and in agreement with the type of healing method I was looking for so I decided to give it a try. I am very impressed by the way Andrea was able to pin point various imbalances in my body's energy field using the muscle testing process. I believe if the body's energy field is in balance, this will affect the physical body as well and promote the healing process. Before I found QE, I had problems with extreme chronic fatigue; ankle and heel pain; sciatica; neck and back pain. After a series of QE treatments, I have noticed a remarkable improvement in my energy level. My energy level has gone from extreme chronic fatigue back to normal again. The ankle, sciatica and back pain went away. The hemorrhoids cleared up immediately. I also seem to be getting deeper more restful sleep and improved digestion. I am very pleased with the results from my QE treatments and I think Andrea has a special talent for this work. In addition to QE, Andrea also does Angel Healing Therapy and Angel readings. I had an Angel reading with Andrea to receive guidance regarding a problem with the sudden closing of my 90 year old mother's retirement home. During the reading, I was advised not to worry because I would receive help and guidance from the angels with this problem. Sure enough, the Angel reading was correct. I found a caregiver service on the internet that helped me find the perfect place for my mom which was immediately available and in her price range. In addition, the new retirement home had more amenities and activities than her old retirement home. I highly recommend Andrea to anyone interested in Energy healing or working with Angel healing and guidance methods. Ted C.

After being told by multiple physicians that my iron blood count was so low (anemia) that my health was in severe danger, and that it was absolutely necessary for me to get on high grade iron supplement pharmaceuticals, I choose to apply Quantum Energetics instead. Instead of implementing a meat based diet, I increased a plan derived of supplements (recommended to me by Andrea as a result of her analysis) and continued to receive about 5 QE sessions in a span of about 1-2 months. Her nutritional and dietary knowledge and background, in addition to her extremely precise and holistic approach to my health has attributed to my iron counts normalizing and stabilizing, as well as various cessations of pain and soreness throughout my body. Andrea combined with Quantum Energetics is my absolute proprietary healthcare specialist and I am beyond impressed with the results. Additionally, Andrea's angel readings have shed light on some very difficult circumstances and have given me comfort, peace and faith. Very highly recommended!!

She is experienced healer which I liked. But most of the things I really liked about her was that she didn't focus on money when I talked to her. She explained to me what she does, and her philosophy of being a healer. I felt very connected with her right away, and knew she was the person for me to visit for the first time in Sedona. She took me to the Cathedral Rock for hiking, and visited very sacred places where not many people know. It was such a beautiful day, I could have stayed there all day with Cynthia. While hiking at the CR, she also explained and showed the different healing rituals. We went back to her place, and she worked Reiki on me. This was my first experience on Reiki. I didn't know what was going on since I closed my eyes, but noticed I felt something was lifted, and cleared my mind when the Reiki was done. Then She used the stone to see where my future takes me to. Everything made sense to me with all the readings she did. I really felt visiting her was the right person for me to go to, and very grateful for meeting her. I am going back to her again near future....
