After browsing for a couple of minutes we were approached by a friendly young woman who proceeded to ask us with disconcerting yet casual directness what we were after. To my surprise my friend was totally comfortable with the situation and I wondered why she needed me there at all. After a few basic lead in questions the conversation turned to girth and I decided to excuse myself from the equation. Once removing myself from the sale my thoughts became rather voyeuristic. I began to browse a range of DVDs that weren't to my specific taste but still held my interest. I was amazed by the variety. Customers seem to have a dozens of niches to choose from, be it your run of the mill backseat plot or to something that looked like some period piece involving some character that looked like a tribute to Queen Elizabeth the first. Sooner then I anticipated my friend was setup with her new friend and we were on our way. Though I may not be a connoisseur of adult outlet shopping I was surprised by how casual the service staff were able to make the entire experience. Though I am sure many of us would prefer to have this kind of adventure to be anonymous, it really is handy to have someone there who knows what they are talking about, leading you through the sale. Though it is unlikely that I'll return to Naughty But Nice anytime soon, I was still impressed by the relaxed, friendly service. As my friend said as we left, "they really were naughty but nice".
