The crew at this location are so very helpful and efficient! I came in to return a huge Amazon order and they had to scan each and every item individually. They came together and teamed up, one to scan and one to package and ship. Also very friendly, we had a few laughs as we all processing these returns. I've never had a bad experience with the service and workers here. I go in to get some documents notarized. There's nobody there but me. The cashier tells me to stand at the end with my document and Id ready. I'm thinking this will be quick because there's nobody there good timing. So as I'm standing there waiting patiently for something that takes 5 mins to do I say "soo is someone going to help me?" The gal at the computer in the back then responds in a nasty tone as if I'm bothering her that she is the one that will be doing the notary and to get my stuff ready. So I say I have my id and document and she just went back to her computer. Like isn't it your job? Don't get mad at me cause you hate your job smh.. Horrible customer service, for pandemic times most places would try to get you in and out especially when you're the only customer there. I had to leave and go elsewhere. I gave this store a chance again and once again customer service was not good at all. The approach to customer's once they enter into your place of business is very important. If you don't like or impatient with people this is not the right job for you. Your job is to service the customer, the attitude is not a good look for UPS. Need more improvements on customer service. The customer's doesn't have to know what kind of music you and your other employees like to listen to or what you was doing back in the day, or your age when that song came out. This is the only UPS store I go to in the Bay Area because they are the BEST! They are super efficient, incredibly helpful/knowledgeable, and they have excellent customer service. I've come in there with multiple Amazon returns, Christmas packages, invitations, etc., and I'm never prepared - I always forget boxes, labels, stamps, tape, but they always take care of me and all their customers with a smile. I've tried other UPS locations, and the experiences were not the same. I highly recommend this location! read more

This is the 3rd time in 2 months my packages I ship from this location get "lost". I'm sure the employe's know I ship High end shoes and they just steal them. Even though I have insurance on my shoes, its a real hassle going to the police station and filing the theft reports. That delays me getting paid by at least a month or two. I use to ship about 3 pairs a shoes a month from this location. Now i'm done, I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Inaccurate information regarding hours. Both Google and Yelp read that the store closes at 4p on Saturdays. I drove out today to return a package at 3:03PM, but no one would let me in because in actuality, this UPS location closes at 3p. Another person was also in the same situation and told the store associate they should update their hours online, to which all they replied was, "We close at 3p. Oh, that's up to corporate." Unwelcoming and bad customer service. The very least they could do was acknowledge the mistake. read more

I went to Rush My Prints over on appian way over a week ago to get my live scan fingerprints done, the guy there took a long time to do it and I called the DOJ today and there is no record if it ever going through. My license is pending on this so this was a huge stressor for me, I went to the UPS store and was helped by Corina. She was very fast, diligent, and bright. She knew all the ins and outs of the system and did my live scan fingerprints with no errors and several times faster than the guy at Rush My Prints. She let me see with my own eyes the electronic sending status and let me wait there until it was confirmed sent. I could tell she was very proud of her work, and it showed in her great knowledge of the system, who to call to check, and estimated time-lines for processing in the DOJ system; up and beyond what might be expected from her. I will definitely drive a little further out to go to this location for all my services. read more

This review mainly pertains towards their passport photo service. I seriously appreciate this store. Not only is it close to home, but it also has great customer service and makes my life a bit easier. I've used this location multiple times to send packages, but my most recent trip involved getting my passport photos taken. I called ahead to make sure I didn't need to make an appointment. After they confirmed I didn't need one, I headed straight there. The process itself took maybe all of 5 minutes. I walked in, let them know I needed a passport photo, sat down in front of their white photo screen and bam, done. They take care of all the nitty-gritty, print two 2x2 photos on the spot and place them in a nice picture holder. $12 (at the time of this review) got me my passport photos done; all with great customer service from Michelle. read more

Been meaning to write a thank you to the manager. My printer busted on the morning of the biggest interview of my career. I needed 2 copies of my resume and very little time to do it. I tossed a copy of my resume on a thumb drive and drove over. The manager, Corina...I think, helped me load it. Ugh! In my rush it wasnt on there! I'm full on panicking now. She thought fast, helped me find a copy in my email, modify it, printed it out....then sent me running out the door cause she knew I was in a huge rush , no charge! I couldn't believe her kindness! I was nearly in tears...people don't do things that kind anymore, but she did! I made it to the interview with 5 mins to spare. There is a young lady that works in this store, and she was NOTHING but KIND to me. This is the service I EXPECT from EVERYONE but rarely see it. I will ONLY take my business here, and ONLY because the service is AMAZING. I stopped in at opening time on Tuesday morning. The best I can say about this UPS Store is that it is close, fairly friendly and rarely busy. I realy only use them for returns, mostly Amazon. But I have had the occasion to ship an item or 2 and don't remember any problems. They have a small array of copy machines and do notarize with appointments. I saw a very large color plotter that I assume is for banners. I'm never in there for very long so I don't ask many questions but I'll bet if you have a printing need they have an answer. read more
