Love this store. I did few shipping last week. I want the package to be particularly package but I was so nervous that they will even follow the instructions. It wouldn't be thier fault but I wanted certain way and it was so complicated. I ask the girl about the requirements and she listened so carefully and she promised that it will be taken care. However it was not only one package, there were 7 of those. We did all the shipping and I left but I was still so nervous. Today I got the the call from my relatives and they send me the pictures of what they got. OMG the lady at UPS store followed all my instructions and did little extra to make this package so presenting. My all friend and family was so happy and that made me so happy. This UPS is a great place to ship out your mails and packages. I had to return a large sink; and no kidding, it's large and heavy. Something I can't carry on my own. I asked the person at the counter if they can help carry it and she was willing to help. She helped me get it out of my car and carried it with the dolly. She even offered to repackage it because one of the flaps was missing. Both people at the counter was ready to help and worked fast. A few months back I had to return several pieces of merchandise and visited the 2271 Malvern. Fullerton location. My first visit was unsuccessful because I didn't have the receipts/barcodes, ect. needed to complete the return, the representative told me what I needed to do but in reality I didn't quite understand and he sent me on my way! I tried and tired to come up with the information needed that I was almost in tears, I'm just not that good with phone technology! Finally I made a call to Macy's and I learned that they had a website loading problem, once cleared I still had to return to the UPS store to complete the return process. I went back to the same UPS store confident that my returns would go smoothly now! I had a different representative whose name is Anupam, Anupam greeted me warmly (perhaps he remembered me)? Any way's I was able to complete one return but the next two were difficult! Anupam was a technical genius eventually locating the stored information somewhere deep inside my phone, once he was able to bring up the needed information I was good to go, yay, I was so happy I almost cried... This place is a life saver. I stumbled on this place while visiting my mother in law. I have been selling various things online and the items all range In different shapes and sizes and it's extremely difficult to find boxes to accommodate the items (especially the art work). They go above and beyond to accommodate me by making custom boxes and advising on how to get the best value for what I'm shipping. Switching to this location has saved me so much time and money. They definitely make my business feel welcomed and answer any questions I have. For the record there are 4 other Fed Ex and UPS stores closer to me and they do not offer any tips or suggestions with my freight shipping and definitely make it seem like my business is an inconvenience. My past experiences with the store has always been great hence the three stars but this last Sunday has been mediocore. I came in to send my returns but I need to purchase a box. I charged it to my card. It went through but it didn't show in their system. The gentlemen in the front asked the boss to clarify if it went through or not. She said it didn't and they made it seem like they needed to run my card again. I was like well let me check my bank acct. I did see that it was pending processing. I told the owner and she's like, "Well I don't know how to justify that." I'm thinking well it's right here I'll justify that for you. I snapshot my bank acct and covered up what I needed to cover and showed her. She's says, "No I'm not saying you are lying or anything but it didn't go through." Her tone was agitated and yes of course she made me feel like I was lying. I told her well if it didn't I can come back later and pay. She says "no, it's ok I'll take your things". And proceeded to help another customer. The gentlemen in the front apologized and I left. I felt like it was my fault. And, guess what? The transaction went through and I would have been double charged if I let them run my card again. Maybe she was having a rough morning but don't make customers feel bad! I have used them to help me pack and ship some antique plates to my grandma on the east coast, and they bubble-wrapped the h3ll out of it. Don't go here... My daughter came here to send her College book back. She had a box with her but they suggested that she buys one of their boxes. (She already had a shipping label) The total came to $3.83 my daughter pulls out her card and the guy asks her if she has cash. So my daughter gave him $20.83 Upon leaving the store she realizes she didn't get her change. She returns to the store and asks for her $17.00 change. They refused to give it to her, they tell her even if the register is over it's their tips. They told her she must've dropped it or she lost it because they give change back. My daughter called me upset. When I call the place they don't let me talk to the manager and they tell me the same story, (pretty much telling me that my 20 yr. old daughter is a liar because her story sounded shady) They also tell me any money left over in the drawer is their tips I stopped there after work and talk to the manager "swaty" (The spelling might be wrong). The manager agrees after closing if they are over $17.00 in their drawer she will call me. Upon getting a phone call from her telling me I can come by and pick up the $17.00 I agree that I will pick up the money, before her hanging up. she says, "you must need it more than me" and hangs up!!! I was ignoring the fact they made my daughter feel like a liar and I was trying to keep it about business and then "swaty" The manager makes it personal. I went back to the store to pick up the $17.00 when "swaty" handed it to me she said here you go, this is our tip money. I said it's about business, making it right and you have to make it personal with your negative comment before hanging up. I told her the receipt says 9:30 AM check your camera. Now wonder the employees there are untrained and rude. Their leader has no appreciation for the customer.... When I went on yelp I noticed they are a substandard company... Don't offer the money back then try to throw guilt trips, swaty!!! read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. They don't help, or explain anything to you. So for my first package I printed the label there using their computer and it came out to $3.03. Which isn't bad. But than my second package only weighed 3 Lbs and I didn't have a label for it so I just need to ship it. He told me for it to be there by Friday it would cost me $58 and some odd cents. I told him the package was in no rush. So he suggested ground delivery, and than says the total comes out to $39. Like seriously they are making almost triple profit on sending packages out. So I tell them no just send the one I printed the label for. And I go to pay with card, and he goes there's a $5 minimum to pay with card!!!!! Like seriously so I bought a $4 dollar bottle of white out, which is the kind you get from the 99 cent store. Anyways I just took my 3lb package to usps and it cost me $14.34 for 6 day delivery. So for people not trying to be ripped off with triple charge I would suggest not coming here ever. read more

One of the best UPS store around, I personally love going here, very friendly staff, very helpful. Once I was running late to school, so I forgot to tape the box I was dropping off (amazon return),and I went to the Ups store at placentia to drop off my package and they said I had to buy a roll of tape, and they wouldn't do it for me. And I was suprised, cause all I needed was one small piece of tape and they wanted me to pay $9. later I took it to this UPS store at malvern, not only they taped my box but they put the label on too. They have a lot of services including notary, livescan, printing, scanning and so on. they always offer me 5% off on ground shipments and 10%off on air shipmemts. All you need to do is ask for tge discount and they will give you one. The owner is really sweet too. read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would even if I have to pay for it. First of all, I let people know that I SWEAR this is my first time EVER in MY ENTIRE LIFE to leave a negative review. I have to do it for what happened today with this young lady. I went to there to print out return labels and drop off the packages this morning about 9am(09/11/2020). There was a young lady who works there with medium dark skin and black hair. She appears to be in her 30s. I've been this place for a long time and I believe that was the owner's daughter or relative. This is what happened. I was using their computer to print out the return labels. I realized their printer didn't work out so I asked her to help me out. She said It's not working so she wanted me to send her through email. I emailed the two links to print out for return labels to their email provided by her. She said she got it and I told her I needed two return labels. Then, she gave me only one page so I told her this was only one return label. She gave me an attitude and said, this is what you just sent me. I politely asked her, could you check your email again and then she ignored my request to check her email and told me this is all you sent me. Then I said, there was something wrong. I nicely asked her again, could you check your email again. At that point, she started getting emotional and literally said "I was wrong? Let me explain..." and then giving me a FULL LECTURE. I was still calm and LITERALLY told her it was not a big deal, just print out another return labels please. I still respectfully asked her to check her email again, but she ignored me and trying to explain and giving me a lecture for no point. I finally cut off her speech and asked her to check her email again. Finally, she checked her email again and then she realized that she missed another link to print out and she was silent after. She went on the computer to print and angrily put another return label on the table and said this is your another return label and she left. I was thinking, "Excuse me, ma'am? Technically, you didn't do your job right what I simply asked for. Furthermore, I still politely asked you THREE TIMES to please check your email again, but you did not. More importantly, I didn't say anything about your unsuccessful job, I didn't complain, and I didn't even point out who was right or wrong because I know there is no point. I simply just needed my return labels to send off my packages. That was all. I was the only one not trying to make a big deal about it, but you're still trying to give me a lecture for no point that I didn't ask you to explain for? After she gave me another return rebel and left, I noticed the owner(middle aged lady) was in the back so I started talking to the owner what just happened and then she still cut us off in mid-conversation, and defend herself again. I wrapped it up talking to the owner, and the owner apologized me for that young lady's behavior. I thought it was all done, but she yelled at me "Unbelievable!" and finally stopped talking to me. I've never seen such a person like her who was extremely rude and stubborn in business for my entire life. To a young lady who works there this morning (09/11/2020), You think you would never get fired because you're the owner's relative, it doesn't mean you can do whatever you want to do to others. If she's your mother, it doesn't mean she's always there for your mess, also it doesn't mean she's there for you to apologize to others with your behavior. You're the only one who responsible for your job and your behavior, not your mom. Shame on you. read more
