I am very happy with how things were handled after the experience. I'm so heartbroken. I had some expensive anatomy books that I thought would be great to get a spiral bind on them. I paid for an anatomy atlas for $120 and an anatomy coloring book for $30. I took them to staples because they said they could do a spiral bind and it was very inexpensive. But I guess you get what you pay for because they totally messed up on my books. The hole punched didn't go through some of the pages, the spiral is sticking out at the ends because the hole punches didn't go through all the way, and they didn't catch some of the pages on to the spiral. Now I'm stuck with books that are semi usable. The customer service was eh. They weren't really apologetic or even tried to show that they cared that they messed up on my books. At least I got a refund but $8 is nothing compared to $150 worth of books. Beware of taking your things that you paid a lot for because this could happen to you.

She was extremely offensive, rude, and insulting. My husband asked her, "well aren't you a printing business? "She said, well we have funerals and other things to do right now."He then said, the next time I come here I'm going to ask to speak to the owner regarding this issue." She said, I am the owner! She stop each time she pick up a pen to write something. It took over 30 minutes for her to sign a piece of paper and stamp it and does it wrong. Then continue to act like she knows what she doing. We decide to walk away because she wants to over charge us after the whole encounter. We went here for years and had great experience with previous crew. This new crew is horrible. The sad part is when we went to the notary across the street from them, the owner told us a lot of people come to him for notary because of the horrible treatment they encounter at this place. It validates that we are not the first that got mistreated and won't be the last. Glad to say we will never go there ever again.
