They packed it up for me, and the screen displayed which shipping option would be the cheapest price as well as travel times. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. If I went anywhere else, no one would probably take the time to walk me through the process or properly pack what I needed to be secure to make sure nothing damaged it (like good Lord, I put way too much time and effort into decorating a cooler- I'd be out for blood for whichever shipping company chipped my paint that was sealed multiple times and with freaking resin). I can never remember to buy packing tape for my house, but they are always happy to tape up my packages for me when I drop them off even when I'm using a prepaid shipping label. The shopping center is so convenient. I can always knock out at least one other errand (usually grocery shopping at Fresh Market) when I have to take my packages. Or I can just use this errand as an excuse to visit Starbucks, Gelati Celesti, or CFA across the street. Their COVID practices are great. I've been in about 3x since the pandemic started. Social distancing is enforced and masks are worn by customers and staff.
